Orzel was currently sitting in the real estate office with Hana, waiting for the agent to come.

Yesterday's incident seems to have caused quite a big commotion, since everyone in the hotel was talking about it.

The people who had lost consciousness were soon found by the city guards and taken to the Magnolia Hospital.

All of the victims were physically fine, Mentally, not so much.

And the person responsible for this was calmly sipping tea not caring about the commotion he had caused.

Hana was with him too, she was nibbling on the candies which were present on the table.

Hana loved sweet things.

'Her teeth would be fine, right?'

This was another of Orzel's concern but Hana had never listened to him when it comes to sweet.

He was still immersed in his thought when the door to the office was opened and the agent came in.

He was a young man around Orzel's age.

He came and sat in front of the chair which was in front of the couch where Hana and Orzel were sitting.

"Hello, my name is Rick Valor."

"I'll be helping you find a house."

Rick said with a business man's smile.

He was one of the new recruits here but had a good track record.

"Orzel Demonio. I'm looking for a medium sized house near the Fairy Tail guild."

Orzel didn't want to walk a long way to guild, he was quite lazy.

"Sir if you want a house near Fairy Tail you wouldn't find anything cheap."

Fairy Tail was the strongest guild in Fiore, and the land where it was situated would obviously see an increase in value.

Only the rich could afford a house near Fairy Tail.

"Don't worry, money is not a problem."

Rick's eyes gleamed when he heard Orzel.

He realized he could get some nice commission by helping him buy a house.

Orzel saw that but didn't say anything, he knew how a business man's mind works since he was one in his previous life.

"Sir can I see your documents before proceeding further."

There were some legal procedures they would have to take care of as to not have any contradictions later.

"I don't have any."

Orzel stated plainly. He didn't have them that's why he was joining Fairy Tail.

Rick frowned when he heard him.

"Sir what do you mean by that?"

He was suspicious about Orzel now but still tried to be respectful.

"It's simple. I don't have any documents."

Orzel was still calm against Rick's suspicions.

"You know it's a crime to buy a house without documents."

Rick was no longer as respectful as before. He thought that Orzel was a criminal and was trying to take refugee near Fairy Tail to avoid suspicion.

He didn't understand why he was so open about it though.

Orzel didn't bother with his assumptions and just took out 100,000 Jewels and put it on the table.

"Are you trying to bribe me?"

"Let me tell you that I am an extremely honest person."

Rick looked mockingly at Orzel and thought he was an idiot.

Orzel didn't have any change in expression and took out another 100,000 jewels.

"If you don't get out now I will call the guards in."

Rick tried to put up a front but he was still tempted by the money as he kept taking glances at the bundle of Jewels on the table.

Orzel still with a calm expression took out another 100,000.

Rick gulped at the sight of Orzel taking out so much money without blinking.

He didn't even think about where he stored all this Jewels and kept staring at his Jewels with a greedy look in his eyes.

"I-I-I won't be swayed by you."

Rick held on to his morals and said in a trembling tone.

Orzel didn't say anything and took out another 100,000.

That broke Rick's last restraint.

"Let's go see the houses!"

Rick no longer cared about morals and all he could think about was his jewels.

Orzel just smirked, he knew Rick's kind.

With enough money they would do whatever you want.

While all this was happening though, little Hana was still chewing on the candy.

She didn't know what was happening and couldn't do anything anyway.

She is just a baby.

After the scene at the office.

The Father-daughter duo were being lead by Rick to look at the residences.

"This one is one of the cheaper ones here, It might suit your taste."

Rick pointed at a house with two floors made of gray bricks and a little garden near the entrance.

They were in a residential area and there were many houses which looked like this.

"It looks ugly."

Rick's mouth twitched hearing what Hana said.

"Next."

If Hana didn't like the house, then there was no point in buying.

"Yes, let's go."

Rick lead them to another area which was a bit more open and was near the south gate park.

They arrived at another residential area near the park with many houses lined together.

Rick lead them to a two-story apartment with multiple windows on the front sides.

The house was adjacent to the other building in the area.

"How about this?"

Rick was afraid they would reject it again.

"It looks nice and simple."

Orzel quite liked this one since it was near the park and guild.

"Hana likes it too."

"We will buy it."

Orzel didn't have to think too much since Hana liked it too.

"Then, I'll help you with the paperwork."

"You can move in any time since the furniture comes with the house."

This made Orzel like the house even more.

He didn't have to waste his time buying furniture now.

"Alright, we will move in right away."

Orzel had all his and Hana's things in his space ring so he could move in anytime.

"Alright, I will come with the documents tomorrow."

Rick left excitedly saying that, he was looking forward to getting all the money.

Orzel shook his head looking at Rick who left before picking up Hana and entering their house.

"Daddy, is this our new home?"

Hana was delighted looking at her new house and couldn't wait to get inside.

"Yes, this will be where we will be staying in the upcoming years."

Orzel smiled and patted her head.

He was looking forward to their lives in Magnolia.

The main room had brown hardened floors and was quite spacious.

Orzel found the switches and turned on the lights.

The furniture was covered with clothes which had accumulated quite a lot of dust.

He put down Hana who was now enthusiastically running around.

He wasn't worried about her getting hurt since that was impossible in his presence.

He cleaned the house with a simple water and air spell and opened the windows to let some fresh air in.

He could see the Fairy Tail building From the windows.

'let's get the membership over tomorrow.'

He walked away from the windows to find Hana who was still running around.
