The new VRMMORPG Fairune! was lauded as the next best game to hit the shelves, it would be a kind of second world for people. Loot

Liam looked at the drops that the goblin Elite dropped and was a little surprised at one of the green drops that was there.

"Sweet I've got one for myself. " What Liam was looking at was a skill book. These items are very rare and only drop from elite monsters and up. However due to the drop rate being so low most players will never see one in their entire playing life.

[Whirlwind, Active Skill (Uncommon), Melee Only

User pivots 360 degrees on the spot with their respective weapon causing damage to all enemies in the effective range of said weapon. Damage 130% of ATP, cool down 30 seconds, Lvl 1/5]

Liam didn't hesitate to use the skill book. It was the same move the goblin Elite used on him several times. It's a good move for when he gets surrounded, however cool down is long so Liam calculated that he would probably only be able to use once a fight.

Liam picked up the second green item that dropped and saw that it was a necklace.

[Grezom's Bone Necklace, uncommon, Lvl T0:8

The necklace Grezom wore showing off the many defeated foes. Increases strength and vitality a bit.

Str - 3

Vit - 2]

It was a ok item but something that Liam needed currently so he equipped it immediately. He then gathered the 2 white items which were some forging materials.

[Grezom's Tooth, Material (Common)

The large tooth of the goblin chieftain Grezom. Can be used to forge small weapons or accessories]

[Large Goblin Bone, Material (Common)

The bone of an overgrown Goblin. Can be used in make weapons and armour]

After a quick check of the items Liam just put them away, he had no use for them right now anyway. It was now on to the final item which had a blue shimmer to it. Liam excitedly checked it before it instantly deflated.

[Grezom's Machete, Two-handed sword (Rare),

The weapon nurtured by the goblin chieftain after years of use and bloodshed.

Lvl Requirements - T0:8

ATP - 65 - 79

Str - 15

Active Skill: Arc Wave

Sends a beam of concentrated light in a small arc in front of user. Arc travels 15 metres damaging anything in its way. Damage 135% of ATP, cool down 35 seconds]

It ended up being the weapon of the goblin, and because of its size it would seem Liam hand no fate with the weapon as he prefers one handed swords which a lighter and swifter.

"Guess I can sell it. Should make some decent cash off it."

Liam put away the machete before using <Prospect> not forget his other purpose for being in this cave.

With an entirely clear cave, it didn't take long for Liam to find what he needed. He checked quest log to make sure he hasn't missed anything before making his way towards the cave entrance.

As Liam got closer to the entrance he could hear some people talking just beyond it.

"I'm telling you, this has a goblin Elite at the end. We should be about to get some decent loot from it."

"And what makes you so sure there is?" A slight snarky reply was heard as Liam continued moving towards the exit.

"I know coz I saw it. Yeah it came charging out of there after some player was fighting one of its minutes a few hours ago." When he heard that Liam was slightly stunned. He never expected there to be someone there and watching his every move.

'He saw me? Oh well it doesn't matter.' Liam snapped out of his state instantly and thought that it was reasonable for there to be other players there. It is an MMORPG after all.

Liam finally made it out if the cave and immediately saw the two players that were waiting outside the cave. Even though he killed the goblin elite he was not about to tell the new guys that. He just started to walk past them instead.

"Hey did you just come from out of the cave?" One of the players called out to Liam making him stop in his tracks.

"Yeah. Nothing but iron ore veins in there."

"What about the elite goblin then?" The one who asked was a little nervous since he had already brought his friend to this cave just for that.

"Goblin Elite?" Liam put on a baffled look before turning away a carrying on. He didn't want to stay here any longer.

"Hey, hey, hey. You sure you didn't see any elite monsters in there?" Seeing Liam leaving again the player spoke again however this time he didn't get a reply. 'Tch'

Meanwhile Liam walked back into the forest and started his journey back to the village. He had 3 quests to turn in, one of them being a chain quest so he is expecting a follow up.

'So I'll hand my quests in, then try to sell the weapon before logging out to sleep' With the plan set Liam pressed forward to the newbie village.
