"Young Master"

Aaron had been pushed back as of late, I kept aiming for his vital spots while I kept trying to predict his next moves.

In a duel, perhaps dual wielding is strong, even Aaron who was one of the most renowned users of dual wielding was smiling.

"I think I should get serious this time."

As soon as Sir Aaron said that, his tempo and technique suddenly shifted, it was now more unpredictable as he tried every opportunity not allowing me to move as I wanted

But I was used to this from sparring him and Sir Nicholas everyday.

After almost half a day of training, we stopped, I could feel my stamina, strength and agility have increased more than before, perhaps it was because I now have an additional core.

Mana does strengthen one's body, I said as I looked at Aaron who was breathing heavily unlike Sir Nicholas who looked like he could fight for more.

"Young Master, I guess, I've taught you all I can, you saw everything right?"

"I did."

"That was the best I could do, who knew for only half a year you would reach me."

"You flatter me, I still need to polish the techniques unlike you, at least now I have a base."

I said truthfully, dual wielding had its merits and its downsides, but I like it.

"Still I think you're better one handed Young Master, for what reason do you have to learn how to dual wield?"

Nicholas asked me a question that has been asked a hundred times at this point especially from Noel.

"To preserve my power."

"Excuse me?"

I then coated each sword with different Aura's, one from Light and the other with Dark, the other looked holy and clean with Light, the other looked gloomy and full of sorrow with Dark.

The once normal steel swords at my hands now had a gold tint and black tint among them.

I've achieved coating them with the two elements, they could exert at least 40% of their power I believe, if I had stronger equipment that could handle the mana perhaps I could exhibit a more powerful output than this.

But alas, I think its just an excuse that I lack stronger equipment, in fact, I need to control my mana better in coating things that even a branch I could use can rival a sword.

"Young Master, to think you had this level of control, I see."

Sir Nicholas nodded and had a confident smile towards me as if he was congratulating me.

"Its just child plays in front of real power."

"But it is more than enough to be considered a serious threat to others especially controlling two elements at one."

Nicholas told me as he came forward and observed more seriously, he then had a question.

"Why two instead of one? Isn't the power more concentrated if you combine it into a single entity?"

"Of course, but do you think I really have the power to control it right now? I'm only dual wielding because other than its fun, its also training me how to control two elements separately at the same time."

"I see, even if their are flaws to your logic, ultimately it is your life and I will not say anymore."

"Not every practice is perfect, I'm doing what I think is suitable to me at the moment."

Nicholas nodded and left, shortly after we all began dispersing, as the sun was ready to set I returned here after an hour to be greeted by a familiar Elf.

"Alfred."

"Seori."

"Walk with me?"

I nodded and followed after her, after all this time I've been following her and listening to her stories much like how I would to Lucia as well.

"Lucia, she says she wanted to meet me right?"

"Correct, but I think the letters will stop soon."

During this time, I made sure to teach her how to write letters in our etiquette as nobles, she was a quick learner, well she is a noble in her own right, and she seems to have fun with it.

"I know, I also want to meet Lucia."

I just smiled at the energetic elf, at first she's as cold but once you get to know her she seems to have another side.

"Wait! Can you take me with you? Elves after all aren't that rare since there are mercenaries right?"

"Yes, but you're a royal that is the problem."

"Then I will tell my father."

"If you will, I'll stay here for another week to wait for your response and plan then."

"Alright!"

She then ran and left as I looked at her back I then felt another presence.

"What is it this time."

"I'm so-"

"I do not want to hear your excuses, please go back."

It was Arthur again, he has been trying to ask for forgiveness but I will not give it to him, I'm still disappointed but I can't help it.

"If you have this much time to follow me, instead go and train."

I told him as he followed me quietly and we went back to the settlement.

"Noel, please prepare tea."

I told Noel as I returned back to the house, I looked at the remaining letters and there was nothing, I guess meeting Seori was enough.

But I wonder how this will impact the future? Nonetheless.

"I'll try my best."

I mumbled as I looked at the faint mana coming into my body after drinking another tea made from the leaf of the world tree.
