Chapter 17: A Night in the Elven Kingdom

After their harrowing encounter with the dark forces in the Elven kingdom, Alex, Lila, and Elysia found themselves in need of rest and recuperation. They decided to seek refuge in a quaint inn nestled within the heart of the forest, where they could find solace and safety for the night.

"We'll take your finest fare," Alex said, his voice tinged with anticipation. "We've had a long day and could use a hearty meal to replenish our strength."

The innkeeper nodded, his eyes sparkling with delight. "Of course, of course! Coming right up."

And so, the heroes dined on a feast fit for royalty, savoring each bite as they reveled in the simple pleasure of good food and good company.

As the night wore on, the innkeeper approached them once more, a key in hand.

"Your rooms are ready, my friends," he said, his voice warm with hospitality. "I've prepared separate accommodations for each of you, as requested."

With a nod of thanks, Alex, Lila, and Elysia made their way to their respective rooms, each one eager to rest and recharge after the trials of the day.
