Windsor dedicated this small period of time to producing more air crafts, ground units, and naval assets. While making a secret team of scientists learn about advancing modern technologies like satellites, and many more advanced technologies that shouldn't be in the 1910s.
The Philippine Republic basically turned into Europe the politics, royalty, architecture, and many more. Spanish, English, and Tagalog become the Philippine Republic's National Languages.
Many landmarks have been built around the islands of the Philippine Republic. Like bridges similar to Tower Bridge of London but bigger and designed to withstand any natural disasters and bombings.
Philippine Republic's economy is just on par with America higher than the United Kingdom and France. Same with military power while the Philippine Republic is advanced with its technology they have slightly more, but well quantity is not always that important when 1 fighter jet can kill 10 fighter jets.

The spark that ignited World War I was struck in Sarajevo, Bosnia, where Archduke Franz Ferdinand—heir to the Austro-Hungarian Empire—was shot to death along with his wife, Sophie, by the Serbian nationalist Gavrilo Princip on June 28, 1914. Princip and other nationalists were struggling to end Austro-Hungarian rule over Bosnia and Herzegovina.
On July 28, Austria-Hungary declared war on Serbia, and the tenuous peace between Europe's great powers quickly collapsed.
Within a week, Russia, Belgium, France, Great Britain, and Serbia had lined up against Austria-Hungary and Germany, and World War I had begun.
Germany began fighting World War I on two fronts, invading France through neutral Belgium in the west and confronting Russia in the east.
On August 4, 1914, German troops crossed the border into Belgium. In the first battle of World War I, the Germans assaulted the heavily fortified city of Liege, using the most powerful weapons in their arsenal—enormous siege cannons—to capture the city by August 15. The Germans left death and destruction in their wake as they advanced through Belgium toward France, shooting civilians and executing a Belgian priest they had accused of inciting civilian resistance.
Windsor didn't immediately join the war in Europe. He wanted his soldiers to be prepared so the war preparation of the Philippine Republic was immediately conducted.

"Yesterday, the 5th of December, is a day that will live in disgusting. With no formal declarations, The German Empire attacked the city of Jakarta using naval weapons. A total of more than 40 thousand innocents were killed, and the 50 merchant ships were destroyed.
We, the Philippine Republic, have declared our neutrality since the beginning of the war. However, our blood was shed and our brethren were killed. By such cowardice actions, the Parliament has decided to join the war on the side of the allies.
Let them know we shall bring this war to their land and make them pay with their blood. We will fight on the beaches. We will fight in the forests. We will fight in the fields. On the skies and in the cities alike. And we will never surrender!

Soon thousands of warships started to arrive in London with aircraft carriers, submarines, helicopters, fighter jets, bombers, ground units such as tanks and amphibious tanks, artilleries, and many many more advanced technologies.
A total of 200,000 personnel were sent to London. They didn't complain as they want revenge for what the German Empire did in Jakarta.
Though 60% of military power was left in the Philippine Republic's territories as they didn't want to get attacked.
