Chaos Countdown

F and Erika looked towards their opponents and recognized their white robes and cursed masks. 

''The White-Clad bastards again? You fuckers have been on my ass since the hospital fight!'' F said.

One of the figures, a plague doctor, stepped forward and pointed at F.

''You stopped us from taking your partner's body and curse, so we sent two assassins to kill you. You killed them and we sent our modified anomalies to kill you but we failed. From that experience we learned that you're strong, so we sent our experiment Amenaza to kill you and take everything the exterminators have, yet you're still here. This time we will kill you and take your body so we can experiment on it.'' The plague doctor said.

''That makes no sense whatsoever. You guys are just stupid.'' F said.

''We have ambitions, you fool.We want to do something that will shake the world to its very core! Something that no human has done since 1945!'' The plague doctor said and spread his arms. Erika's eyes widened in shock and fear. 

''And that thing is?'' F asked.

''We want to summon a devil!'' The plague doctor screamed in excitement.

''A what now? I thought that demons were the most rare and powerful things out there.'' F said.

''Well you are wrong!'' The plague doctor exclaimed. "Devils are the absolute strongest beings that we have ever met in our history! They are responsible for the greatest cataclysms in the world! The absolute power of devils causes such calamities that we mistake them for natural disasters!'' 

''And why the hell would you want to summon something like that?'' F asked.

''To tame it of course. If we can do that we can take over the world!'' The plague doctor exclaimed.

''Why would a devil let you tame it when it's that powerful? Your idea makes no sense.'' F said.

''We will tame a devil, you fool! We tamed countless monsters and anomalies! We made the closest things to demons and we tamed them as well! We even tamed the real demons! Now we only need to summon a devil and tame it! THE WORLD WILL BE OURS!'' The plague doctor exclaimed. 

''You're insane!'' Erika said.

''Well of coure I am, my dear little victim. Our goals are seen as insane but that doesn't mean anything to us! We are the truth after all.'' The plague doctor said. 

F looked at his watch, 4 minutes remained. He needed to stall for time until backup came.

''What devil are you going to summon?'' F asked.

''You are interested in our mission?'' The doctor asked.

''Well you're gonna kill me anyway so I might as well ask.'' F said.

''Very well then, we are going to summon one of the most powerful devils that we know of! We are going to summon the very same devil that shook the world back in 1945! THE DEVIL OF WAR!'' The doctor exclaimed.

''The war devil? Can't you summon Satan or something?'' F asked. 

''Oh you absolute fool! Satan is but a mere fairytale! The devil of war is the real deal! He made the atomic bomb look like a joke! THE DEVIL OF WAR WILL MAKE US THE STRONGEST ARMY THERE IS! WE DON'T NEED IMAGINARY DEVILS LIKE SATAN! WE ONLY NEED THE WAR DEVIL!'' The doctor screamed. 

One of the other figures, one with the mask of tragedy put his hand on the plague doctor's shoulder. 

''Stop wasting time and kill them already.'' He said.

''You interrupted my speech, Veil. That was very rude.'' The doctor said.

''Stop wasting our time and kill them.'' Veil said.

''Alright then, allow me to show off a little.'' The doctor said and walked towards Erika. 

Erika jumped back and assumed a fighting stance. The doctor laughed.

''You're going to die now, little girl.'' The doctor said and pointed his finger at her.

"Venomous Emissary Assault: Venom Sniper!'' 

The doctor shot cursed venom from his finger, the attack aimed at Erika's face. Erika barely dodged the attack and rushed towards the doctor. The doctor shot more venom bullets at Erika, who managed to dodge all of them and closed the distance. 

''Take this!'' Erika said and tried to punch the doctor in the stomach. 

''How very predictable!'' The doctor said and dodged the attack and shot more venom bullets at Erika. Erika dodged the bullets and tried to close the distance between herself and the doctor again. 

"Pandemic Pallor Strike!"  The doctor said and threw a venom punch at Erika. Erika couldn't dodge the attack so she tried to block it, which sent her into F's pool. The water turned purple and Erika's skin started burning. The doctor laughed. "You were so weak that I took you out with one punch!'' 

The doctor shot a few venom bullets in the water so he could kill Erika faster. ''Goodnight, you pathetic moron! You should have died at birth, you weak little slu-'' 

Before the doctor could finish his sentance, a punch from F sent him crashing into the fence. 

''Shut up, you crazy bastard!'' F said and jumped into the pool to save Erika. He managed to get her out of the pool but before he could get out, one of the other White-Clad attacked him.

F punched the assailant in the face multiple times, but he was unfazed. After a few punches, F cracked his opponents's mask, revealing a crocodile head. The crocodile tried to bite F's head but he dodged in the last moment. The crocodile tried to get F with a death roll but F grabbed his jaws to stop him from biting him. The crocodile did another death roll and sent F to the bottom of the pool. F got angrier and swam towards the crocodile and punched him in the face. F grabbed the crocodile and threw him out of the water. F got out and started punching the crocodile in the face and body. The crocodile tried to hit F with his tail but F grabbed his tail and picked him up. F slammed the crocodile into the ground a couple of times until he heard a snapping sound. F threw the crocodile's body aside and it landed into the pool. F saw that Erika was getting up but he was glad that she was concious.

''Sorry I took too long. Let's finish these assholes!'' F said.

''We have 3 minutes left until Tengen shows up with reinforcements. We have to stall for a bit more.'' Erika said and got up.

''Don't worry, we'll win.'' F said.

''You think you can beat us? Don't be ridiculous!'' The doctor laughed.

''Nah, we'll win.'' F said and cracked his knuckles.

''No more holding back.'' Erika said and smiled.

''Kill them.'' The doctor said and the other White-Clad charged at F and Erika.F and Erika charged at the White-Clad and started fighting.

The crocodile jumped out of the pool with a bone sword and swung it at F and Erika but they dodged the strike. The attack made a crater in the ground and sent debris into the air. The crocodile hit the debris with his tail and sent them flying towards F. F dodged the debris and ran towards the other White-Clad. He dodged a kick from Veil and threw a punch at the only White-Clad who wasn't moving. F's fist disappeared through the White-Clad's mask and suddenly F felt pain in his back. F turned around and saw a portal behind him. 

''Portals? That's gonna be hard to fight against.'' F thought as he dodged a kick from Veil. 

Erika jumped through the portal and used the momentum to dropkick the crocodile. The crocodile was pushed back but he still swung the bone sword at Erika. Erika jumped back before the blade could hit her but the blade connected with the ground, creating an explosion of dust and debris. The crocodile came out of the dust and launched a barage of slashes at Erika. Erika barely dodged every hit and tried to kick the crocodile. The crocodile grabbed Erika and threw her away, before charging at F. F dodged his attack and jumped on him, punching him a couple of times. F jumpped off the crocodile and attacked the portal anomaly, who created a portal right in front of him. F flew through the portal right into Veil's kick and was sent crashing into the house. F looked at his watch.

''2 minutes and 45 seconds? How the hell was all that 15 seconds?'' F thought and got up.

F grabbed his couch and threw it at the crocodile as a distraction. F ran towards Veil and tried to punch him. Veil pulled the air and deflected his attack. 

''The fuck?'' F asked and attacked again. Veil pulled the air again and deflected F's attack. 

The crocodile threw the couch at F, who dodged and the couch flew towards Veil. Veil pulled the air and deflected the couch towards F. F caught the couch and swung it at the crocodile. The crocodile swung his bone sword and sliced the couch in half. F grabbed a piece of the couch and threw it at the portal anomaly. The anomaly teleported the couch in front of F, but F punched through the couch.

''Boxing gloves, neat.'' F said and punched the crocodile with the couch glove.

The crocodile blocked the attack and swung his sword at F. F dodged his attack and swung the couch glove at the crocodile. The crocodile blocked the attack but it sent him flying backwards. F punched through the other piece of the couch and smiled. 

''Two couch gloves.'' He said and attacked Veil. 

Veil grabbed the air and crumpled it into a ball. He threw the air ball at F, aiming for his head. F blocked the attack but it destroyed his couch gloves and sent him flying through the house.

Meanwhile Erika was dodging attacks from the doctor and the other anomaly, the eyeball anomaly sent a bunch of exploding eyes towards Erika, but she dodged them and charged at the doctor. The doctor shot a venom bullet at her but he missed and had to block Erika's punch. The doctor jumped backwards and shot a few venom bullets at Erika, who dodged them. The eyeball anomaly sent out purple eyes flying at Erika. The purple eyes shot lightning at her and stunned her for a moment.

"Pandemic Pallor Strike!" The doctor said and punched Erika in the stomach. The punch sent Erika crashing through the fence and into a speeding car. 

"Venomous Emissary Assault: Machine Gun!" The doctor said and started shooting venom bullets like a machine gun. Erika dodged the bullets and hid behing the car. The bullets quickly melted through the car and Erika had no other option but to run. 

''2 minutes left! I have to run for 2 minutes. If only I could use my curse.'' Erika thought as she was running from the venom bullets. 

''You can't escape from me, little girl!'' The doctor yelled as he continued shooting more venom bullets at Erika.

Meanwhile, F laid on the ground, unable to move.

''I can't move!'' F thought as he saw the crocodile approach him.

The crocodile jumped into the air and crashed into F. 

''AAAAHAHAHHHH!'' F screamed in pain as the crocodile cratered the road. 

The crocodile picked F up and threw him through a house. F crashed into his neighbor's backyard and screamed in pain. The crocodile grabbed a car and raised it over his head. After a monsterous roar, the crocodile threw the car towards F. 

''Oh crapbaskets!'' F said and tried to move out of the way. 

''GET UP! GET UP NOW! MOVE JUST MOVE!''' F screamed at himself as the car flew towards him.

In the last moment, F managed to move out of the way. F laughed.

''Yes! I moved! Fuck yeah!'' F said.

The crocodile charged at F and tried to bite his head off. F dodged and punched the crocodile in the stomach. The crocodile was unfazed and tried to hit F with his tail. F dodged the tail and punched the crocodile again. Before the crocodile could throw a punch, F punched him again, stunning him for a moment. F kneed the crocodile in the head and then punched him in the head. The crocodile fell to the ground and F ran towards his house at full speed. 

Meanwhile Erika ran from the doctor. The doctor shot venom bullets at her but she dodged the attacks. The bullets melted through cars and walls. The few bullets that hit the road made holes in it. The doctor got angrier and angrier with every attack he missed. 

''EYEBALL! HELP ME KILL HER!'' The doctor screamed and kept shooting at Erika.

Suddenly Erika found herself facing a giant wall of eyeballs. The eyeballs started changing colors and Erika turned around and ran at full speed. The eyes that turned yellow started shooting chains at Erika but she dodged them. The purple eyes shot lightning at Erika but she jumped into the air to avoid them. The green eyes shot cursed energy bullets at Erika while she was in the air but she took her shirt off and threw it at the cursed bullets to block them. Erika landed on the ground and continued running. The eyeballs turned pink and shot cursed beams at Erika, while the doctor shot venom bullets at her. 

''Crap! What am I gonna do?! I have to think fast!'' Erika thought in as the beams approached her.

''What would F do in this situation? I have to think of something!'' Erika thought. 

''I have no time to think! I have to improvise! This is gonna hurt!'' Erika thought and gathered the little bit of cursed energy she had into her hand.

Erika punched the ground and sent chunks of debris flying into the air. The debris were destroyed by the cursed beams and the venom bullets but Erika got away. She clutched her broken arm and ran as fast she could. 

''My arm! It hurts so much!'' Erika thought as she ran away. ''I got away and that was the important thing.''

Suddenly Erika was hit by the air. Veil walked towards her and kicked her in the face.

''You almost got away, you did better than I expected.'' Veil said and kicked her again.

''You forgot there are seven of us and that's why you lost.'' Veil said and crouched. 

''The other two were on lookout duty?! That's why they disappeared the moment we started fighting.''Erika said, shocked.

''Correct.'' Veil said. ''Now it's time for you to die.''

Veil got up and grabbed the air, compressing it into a tiny ball of cursed energy. 

Meanwhile, F fought the portal anomaly. The anomaly made 10 portals the punched through each of them, hitting F with a barrage of punches. F punched through the portals, hitting the anomaly a few times. The anomaly shifted the portals as F was punching, making F hit himself. The anomaly pulled a cursed katana out of its chest portal and stabbed through the other portals to stab F. F dodged the stabs and kicked through one of the portals, stunning the anomaly. F grabbed the cursed katana and swung it at the anomaly's head. 

Suddenly the anomaly used the Tarjani Mudra handsign and activated it's anomaly zone. Everything became pitch-black and F couldn't see the anomaly. Suddenly lots of orange portals filled the void and F's sword disappeared. Before F could react, he was stabbed by the sword. The anomaly attacked from different portals and soon F was stabbed more tha 10 times. The anomaly slashed through one of the portals to decapitate F. F saw the orange portal becoming purple beacuse of the sword's cursed energy so he managed to dodge the lethal attack. The blade disappeared again and F had to track the portals very carefully to see which one was dangerous. Suddenly all the portals turned purple as the anomaly activated the sword's curse and launched waves of cursed energy. F had no other option but to block the attack. The waves hit him and created an explosion of purple energy that blew the portals away. F came out of the explosion burnt and angry and punched the anomaly in the hand. The anomaly's fingers broke and it's anomaly zone disappeared. F saw Veil and Erika and charged towards Veil.

''Curse Activation: Cut!'' F screamed and swung the sword. A thin wave of cursed energy came out of the sword and flew towards Veil. ''So that's not the activation word? I'll try again.'' F thought.

''How foolish.'' Veil said and pulled the air, deflecting the attack. 

F tried to stab Veil but he used the same move to deflect F's attack. Veil flicked the air and sent F flying. 

''You can't beat me.'' Veil said and continued charging his attack.

''I WILL!'' F yelled and charged at Veil again.

''CURSE ACTIVATION: SLASH!'' F yelled and sent a bigger wave of cursed energy flying towards Veil.

 Veil grabbed the air and the cursed slash and crumpled them into a tiny ball. He grabbed the ball and threw it at F. 

''CURSE ACTIVATION: DISMANTLE!'' F screamed and finally activated the sword's curse. The sword created a giant wave of purple energy and F sent it flying at the ball of compressed cursed energy. The attacks clashed and creayed a shockwave. The ball flew right through the cursed slash and headed towards F. 

''Shit! That wasn't supposed to happen!'' F said and tried to block the attack.

The ball broke the sword in half and sent F crashing into his already destroyed house.

''Now, let's get back to the killing.'' Veil said and finished charging his attack.

''Burn in hell!'' Erika said and tried to crawl away but Veil stomped on her back.

''You're going anywhere.'' Veil said and hit Erika with the cursed sphere. 

The attack destroyed F's entire backyard and the road past F's fence, creating a giant, 15 meter long crater. Veil emerged from the crater, completely unfazed by the explosion. 

F saw him and burst out of the rubble and charged at Veil. F's ears were ringing and his vision was blurry but he didn't care. He put all his strenght in his legs and launched himself at Veil. F could taste the blood in his mouth and he cout hear his hear beating loud but he didn't care. He flew towards Veil like a missile and screamed.

''I'LL KILL YOU, YOU BASTARD! I'LL KILL YOU!'' F screamed at the top of his lungs and threw a punch with all his might.

The crocodile suddenly appeared in front of F, intercepting his attack. F's punch connected with the crocodile's body, F's hand shattered on impact and he fell to the ground. Everything became pitch-black and F saw a gaint stone mask shattering in front of him. 

''The curse of stone?'' F thought. ''That's K's curse! Why is it here?!'' 

''Wait, could it be?''   F thought. ''I've been this strong since K and I fought the worm! No wait, I was stronger after the fight! K used his curse on me to make me more durable so I wouldn't die! That durability buff just ended! I'm back to the strenght of a regular person!'' F realized what really happened.

''Now I'm weak again, of course I'm only strong when someone else makes me strong. I can't do anything on my own otherwise. I'm just useless without the power K gave me. Now Erika is dead and I'm dying too. The bastards will find Mike, Joey and Amy too, my friends will die and I wouldn't be able to do anything about it because I'm weak and dying. I couldn't do the one thing I had to do, I'm so useless. I really thought I was strong but I was wrong, I'm so stupid. I deserve to die like this, alone in the dark, with no one to cry for me.'' F thought as he was bleeding out on the ground.

Veil looked at the crocodile. 

''Move the corpses, we have to extract their curses from them before it's too late.'' He said.

The crocodile grabbed F's body and jumped down the crater. He picked up Erika's body and jumped out of the crater. The portal anomaly opened a portal and pulled out a white van from it. The crocodile opened the van and threw the bodies inside. 

''Teleport the van to the base. We have to work fast.'' Veil said.

''You're already done? I'm impressed.'' The doctor said.

''I'm efficient, unlike you.'' Veil said.

''I enjoy longer fights, that's all.'' The doctor said.

''I suppose that you also enjoy losing your targets.'' Veil said.

''Chasing them down is entertaining, I got too carried away this time.'' The doctor said.

''You always say that.'' Veil said.

Suddenly one of the White-Clad that was on lookout duty crashed in front of Veil and the doctor. His mask was cracked, revealing a red monster underneath it. 

''Boss! A strong exterminator appeared out of nowhere and attacked us! He kicked me all the way here, and Horn is probably fighting him.'' The monster said.

''Buy us time until we teleport the van! Join him and fight together!'' Veil said.

The other White-Clad figure crashed into the crater. Suddenly a man with short black hair and grey eyes appeared out of nowhere. 

''Time's up, boys, the executioner is here!'' The man said and smiled.
