Magic Training

After looking at the status screen, Bruce was called by Alozo, not knowing what it was about, Bruce went to him

"Boy, your mana consumption is quite high, I think we should adjust your mana control" Said Alozo scratching his forehead.

"My control?" Said Bruce thoughtfully, as he thought the mana consumption presented by the system was not flawed. He looked at Alozo and asked... "Mister Alozo, then how should we improve?"

"Let's do something very simple, how can I say... This training will be through a sphere made by me" Said Alozo.

"Sphere?" asked Bruce.

"Yes, a sphere" replied Alozo.

"I'll start, but I know you're out of mana, wait a minute... Is your mana full!? But how?" Said Alozo, stunned by what had happened. Since the boy had a very high mana consumption, he really expected that Bruce was really out of mana or almost out of mana.

"Uhm... I don't know?" said Bruce. He didn't really know how to talk, since he could see his status, what he was up to... How was he going to say that. It really is something quite unthinkable to be able to do, even more so if you are a beginner like Bruce.

"Hahahah... Boy your talent still scares me" Said Alozo with funny looks directed at Bruce.

Bruce was laughing on the inside, but on the outside he was holding back. "Sir... So how is this training done?" asked Bruce. He was really wanting to know what the training was like, his enthusiasm at this point was soaring.

"Training consists of lighting in an orderly way the content that is inside the sphere" replied Alozo. He was really expecting Bruce to show even more talent, his relationship so far with Bruce was spectacular.

"Ordered?" Bruce said with a sweat running down his forehead, for Bruce something he needs to follow, for him it was... suffocating, he didn't have such a full attention of things, but what if he can change that? Only time could tell.

"Yes" Said Alozo seeing that Bruce was sweating, but let it go. His hands started to come together to form a circle, a purple purple glow began to appear from his hands, it was something beautiful to see, it looked like a masterpiece of nature. From his hands began to materialize a yellow sphere with several symbols, each one seemed to mean something, but Bruce could not understand those symbols. Its interior contained several other spheres, but they were not yellow, but different colors.

"How am I supposed to light them?" asked Bruce. He really didn't want to make mistakes, his being wanted to achieve that, Bruce didn't make mistakes anymore, this world is something new, so he has to be a better one in this world!

"So, you just need to imbue the sphere with mana, but it won't be that simple" replied Alozo looking at Bruce. Alozo was holding the sphere at that moment, but soon he placed it on the ground next to Bruce. "After imbuing mana into the sphere, it will start to emit an aura, with that aura you should start focusing on trying to direct your mana in an orderly manner within the sphere." Said Alozo waiting for Bruce to speak.

"So I just need to try to direct my mana into the little spheres" said Bruce.

"Yeah, that's all" Said Alozo hoping Bruce's training would go well.

Bruce on the side of the sphere, he was dying inside, he didn't know how to make his mana go to the sphere. He crouched down and aimed both his hands towards the sphere, he started making strange grunts, but they were almost unnoticed. The sphere started to respond, but soon stopped lighting... When suddenly!

[Ability Acquired: Imbue Mana]

Imbue Mana Lv1: This skill gives the user the ability to successfully transfer mana to inanimate objects or dead things. Any spell the user casts will have their consumption decreased by 1%. Skill consumption is 1MP.

"So that means I can imbue mana, so I don't have to anymore... Being in a weird position, forcing myself to get it... I think I looked like a weirdo" thought Bruce.

"You've made the first step! It was pretty fast, huh, congratulations!" Said Alozo finding it amazing how quickly Bruce managed to keep an aura in the sphere, even if it was brief, that was something really great.

After having looked at his new ability, Bruce looked back at the sphere and tried to imbue mana properly. His hands went around the sphere again. "Imbue mana" Said Bruce in his mind, directing his ability to the sphere. One of the spheres had lit up, but soon returned to normal.

Alozo seeing that was amazed again by that, Bruce had lit one of the small spheres! This was not an easy task for anyone. All this in just a few minutes... Is Bruce not just a genius, but a monster?!

Bruce was happy that his ability had ignited one of the small spheres, but not just filling it with mana in a haphazard fashion. It was one of the first things he was able to do, without having to do it over and over again. So it's something for him to feel positive about.
