It would be wrong to say that he had mastered them, but he was the most advanced in this field in a radius of 10 light years with earth as its center.
Quantum Computation was just the use of quantum properties to solve complex problems that would give normal computers a hard time.
That was at least what he had learned so far. The Quantum plane had too many things that he had yet to understand but he could harness the discrete properties to make computers that could process the amount of data in the solar system in a second.
