Spending money was a problem that Han Li had never thought would one day occupy his mind.

He had spent five whole days with Li Lin, going from place to place and he did everything that he could think of to spend as much as he could but even after all that, he was only in the tens of millions.

Li Lin was a pain to convince and Wen Qing was not present so he could only buy things that he thought would look good on her.

With her lifestyle and income, Han Li could hardly find something that suited her, and she'd accept.

The student chosen would have to learn until they received their doctorate from the institute with no option of dropping out or stopping halfway otherwise, they had to refund the university. It was all very strict for the students but who would complain?

This was especially the case since each student was receiving 700,000 yuan regardless of the level they started their university studies.

There was a limit however on the number of students per level.

Non-degree students numbered only 300, Bachelors were the majority numbering 1000. Masters numbered 150 while Doctorate were only 50.

There was a huge debate over the numbers and Han Li could see why, but his decision was final and he put Li Lin in charge of the whole thing. Even the Chancellor could not out-rank her or interfere with the handling of funds here.

Han Li did this because he knew that the amount of money that was going to flow here was enormous. That was a total of 1,100,000,000 yuan per year if you added Li Lin's salary.

It was a headache-inducing matter that Han Li did not want to handle ever again.

But it was worth it since he had managed to complete the system mission in the stipulated time.
