After a few days of doing absolutely nothing inside his new apartment at the Luikots Guild, Mark knew he needed to make a change.
Nobody was going to kill William for him, after all.
In particular, there was a score he had been eyeing for a long time; it was the reason behind his future 'favor' for which Ranni owed him for the information on the Acute Mutation Disease.
Obtaining this score would frankly skyrocket his power. Defeating William would no longer be such a farfetched endeavor.
Rarely was power easy and convenient to obtain, especially ones that were simply ripe for the taking. But this score was anything but 'simple' or 'ripe for the taking' in reality.
There were tons of prerequisites to obtaining this 'item' of sorts.
After the attack on Kolzig-Bondra, inter-realm relations began to boil over. Particularly, Humanity heavily restricted the transfer of other races, but also the transfer of Humans going to other Realms.
