"I, Sigrun Valkyrie, will only release the orbs when you've impressed me well enough!" she suddenly declared, immediately adding a few more words after with a devious grin.
"So, you better prove your worth!"
'Prove your worth?!' Flynn internally exclaimed while huffing in annoyance, his hands tightly gripping his katana's tsuka which was still in the second form of his weapon art.
'If I did know any better, I'd bet that this valkyrie's just a darn battle junkie!' he inwardly declared.
"Oh~… You are one perceptive young child aren't you?" Sigrun directed a wicked yet amused smile in the youth's direction from the cover of her beautifully-designed helmet.
From the moment she had stated that she was going to test them, Flynn had felt an uncanny sense of amusement from the Valkyrie.
And when the battle had actually begun, his foreboding sense had turned out to be right.
