I could swear I saw it smiling, its lips curled back to reveal rows of yellow, jagged teeth.

Decaying muscles tensed beneath its sickly pale skin as it lunged toward me with startling speed.

Its bony fingers stretched out like scythes, tearing through the air with a bone-chilling sound.
