Chapter Seventy Two

Macy looked at the car in front of her. She thought that it would not be easy to fix it. Even if she had to spend money, it would not be better to use it to buy a new car than to repair the car. Well, she might be able to ask Hani to take care of her car papers.

A policeman approached her to give her the car keys.

"Are you going to fix it?"

Macy took the key. "It will be too expensive. I'll just pick up some of the stuff that's still in the car. My lawyer will probably come to take care of the paperwork."

The policeman nodded. "It was probably a good decision. And maybe your car will still be here for two weeks during the investigation. Then I'll just go inside. When you're done, you can leave the key in the evidence section."
