Chapter 20: Heart Core

[23rd November, XX05]

[12:00 PM, Research Floor of the Lab under Ethan's House]

There was a complex magic circle in the middle of the room for the ritual to change my heart into the Heart Core, which was glowing in red light with me sitting in the middle of it naked in my real appearance of a 12-year-old body.

Cleria and Ray were standing on one side, with the former patting Aashni who has learned how to shrink her size into that of a normal cat, and the latter one ready to take action in case anything goes wrong.

"Okay, Girls I am going to start the ritual. So please step back and create a barrier around yourself." I said to both of them.

"Okay", both of them said at the same time as they took a step back, and Ray created a barrier around both of them.

Then I closed my eyes and mentally talked to Alaish, "Alaish, I am going to start, so please guide the excess energy to nourish my body, after the ritual is finished."

"Okay, I will take care of that. You can start the ritual now.", replied Alaish.

"Okay. I am starting at three... Two... One... Now" With that, I started the Magic circle as it started to glow even more with the Arc-Reactor providing it with energy for the ritual.

Just as the Ritual started, I got a system Notification showing:

I quickly selected 'Yes'.

Then I feel the energy entering my body through the magic circle and when it reaches an amount in my body, it starts to change my very being.

at that time I again get a system notification:

[System is taking control over the ritual to introduce changes in host DNA.

The takeover is successful.

With it, my whole body started to heat up but just as the system said I didn't feel any pain anywhere, only my body started to heat up mainly around my heart area.

As I concentrate on the flow of energy inside my body, I started to feel how the energy from the ritual is gathering in my heart and is slowly but surely changing it into something better.

As time passed my body gradually adapted to the heat but it didn't cool down. Instead, it kept heating up even more as the ritual went on.

After 2 hours, when the ritual was 75 % completed, the magical circle for the ritual started to pulse and a new system notification appeared in my mind.

[Initiating fusion of host's Mana Core and Chakra Core into hosts Heart Core.

Starting fusion: 1%.2%...30%...60%..90%..100%

Fusion complete.

Host's Mana Core and Chakra Core are successfully fused with hosts Heart Core.]

As the fusion between my Mana Core, Chakra Core, and Heart Core ended, the magical circle for the ritual also returned to its normal glow, and the process to Complete my Heart Core continued.

Half an hour later, my heart finally converted into Heart Core with my Mana Core and Chakra Core fusing with it.

With the completion of the ritual, the light magic circle for the ritual also started to die down.

Also at the same time, the excess energy left in my body from the ritual started to leave it, feeling that I mentally contacted Alaish.

"Alaish, please help me in guiding the Excess Energy to nourish my body."

"Okay.", replied Alaish.

Then I with Alaish's help started to guide the excess energy in and around my body towards my bones, muscles, and other parts as it nourishes it.

15 minutes later, I open my eyes after all the excess energy from the ritual is finally used to nourish my body.

Then I stood up and started to stretch my muscles as I could feel the explosive power in them.

As I was stretching my muscles, I noticed Cleria and Ray coming close to me.

As I look at them I see them looking at me with hunger in their eyes.

When I followed their line of sight and noticed that they were looking at a 9-inch long member who was standing straight.

"Hehehe, like what you see." I tease them a little as they blush and avert their eyes.

After composing themselves, both of them looked at me in the eyes like a hungry glint flashed in their eyes and both of them said at the same time, "Very much."

Hearing that I started to laugh and a moment later both of them also joined me and then Alaish also materialized using a shadow clone that she could on her own now.

Just after materializing, Alaish started to inspect my body from every angle possible, and after finishing that she looked at me with a smile on her face and said,

"With the help of the ritual and your system you have just entered the Low-High-Class level.

I can also sense that you have evolved somehow."

Hearing that both Cleria and Ray looked at me and tried to sense my power level, a shocked expression appeared on their faces.

"It also matured your body at least by 2 years", Added Alaish.

"What!" I shouted and then quickly take out a large body mirror from my inventory, that is for some in there.

When I looked in the mirror, I notice the biggest change that happened in my body is an increase in my height, now I am 164 cm. I have also gained 6 packs and enough muscles on my bones that are enough to not call me skinny while not being too buff.

In a sense, my Body has become perfect, as for my face it has also changed from acute handsome to a lady killer with Blue Sapphire eyes with a deep shade near the Iris's and night Black hair that even goddess envy to have them.

After having enough of looking at myself in the mirror, I told them how the system helped me by controlling the ritual and how I unlocked the Path of Evolution by gaining a Heart Core, due to which my race evolved into Royal High Human.

Then Cleria asked me, "So does it mean, I can also evolve after gaining a Heart Core myself?"
