After the meeting wrapped up, it was already 3 PM. Ava felt a bit lightheaded, but at least they had finally come up with a plan.
"Zoe, I'm leaving the tasks discussed in the meeting to you. If you find yourself short-handed, feel free to hire more people. This workload is pretty substantial. Also, make sure to carefully monitor the quality of the submissions we accept. We can't take on just anything; otherwise, it might give other companies the impression that we're just out to make a quick buck. If word gets out, it could be detrimental to our future growth."
Zoe nodded. To be honest, she hadn't thought about these things while organizing the submission contracts. When Ava had insisted on holding a meeting about it, Zoe initially thought she was making a big deal out of nothing.
However, after the meeting, that thought completely vanished. She hadn't realized how much there was to consider.
