Baku – III
"[Thermal Touch]"
Haru casted the spell onto the chains.
The very same chain that was coiled around Baku's little arm.
Instantly, as Baku was about to rip off the chains away from it by force, they glowed up in yellow.
"GROWLLLLLLLLLL!!!"
Immediately, as its arm burned and smoke emerged, Baku roared in pain and quickly retreated after forcefully removing the chains by destroying them.
Haru did not want to give up such an opportunity after finally able to hurt it.
So, he darted toward the slightly injured Baku.
But Baku, while in pain, quickly created yet another Curtain of Darkness and threw it toward him.
"!!!"
Haru was prepared for such a scenario since he was a bit closer to it. However, he made a small error.
The curtain which Baku threw toward him wasn't a normal one.
Instead, it was much bigger.
It was big enough to devour him completely and easily.
