Kuga and Orimura looked despairing as they faced the army of Walkers.
Just a few of them were overwhelming, but with thousands, even the word 'despair' couldn't capture how they felt.
Even Haru felt troubled seeing their enemies, people they cared about.
He didn't say anything, but a vein appeared on his forehead as he clenched his hand.
Kuga turned to Haru, his face pale. "Tell me... you have a plan, right?"
Seeing multiple figures of Akio among the crowd, Kuga couldn't bear it. Memories of last night flooded back, along with the horrors caused by someone he once called his best friend.
However, before Haru could respond, Baku's voice echoed from somewhere.
"Tell me, Boy of the damn clan..." His voice felt maliciously evil as he continued, "can you still survive against the never-ending Nightmares?"
'Never-ending... huh?'
