Chapter 268 Crossing Time and Space to Dust

The dust of time gradually dispersed, and amidst the gravel and dust, two flames rose and flickered, speaking to a "Future Relic" that had just been "excavated" from the sand:

"Open your eyes, future warrior, we have brought two shovels just to dig you out as soon as possible."

Warrior Red Spirit suddenly awoke!

He felt himself surrounded by gravel and dust, the volume immense, and as his hands flailed about, they were grasped by two arms with different temperatures, one of which felt strangely to the touch.

Warrior Red Spirit spat out the sand of time from his mouth, lifted his head, and saw two burning fire beings.

"Holy crap! Who are you?"

A look around revealed the world enveloped in layers of mist, obscuring visibility of anything. The entire space was dim and murky, with minimal light.

Underfoot lay the sands of time and abundant ashes, with other lights flickering in the distance through the mist, though they seemed very far away.
