The beautiful Lamia Lady had died peacefully.

Her cheerfulness and innocent behavior still lingered in Evan's memory. Even though it's only been a few hours together, she has given him a new goal after turning into a tiny dragon.

"Even though she was the one who was determined to make me king... But why..." As Evan stared at the Energy Core in his hand, the shimmering aura slowly grew brighter.

Evan closed his eyes as the sphere glowed dazzlingly, and slowly the Energy Core turned into a 4 cm long silver claw-shaped artifact. The Artifact was automatically attached to each of his claws.

He couldn't believe what was happening in front of his eyes. As he focused his gaze, a small transparent box appeared with information from the direction of the Artifact.

Transforming a Core Energy into an artifact was a rare occurrence that was close to impossible. The Core Energy should have turned into Steam Energy that the body could absorb.

The Artifact gave a paralyzing effect on every part that was hit by a scratch. Seen from every Abyss Monster that lost its balance and fell.

Evan was not immediately satisfied with immobilizing the Abyss Monster's legs. He twisted his body and continued to claw at more vital parts until the entire Abyss Monster could not counterattack.

"Lucia!" Evan shouted, indicating that he was done with his task.

Understanding her king's order, Lucia immediately stopped the restraint magic and made the finishing blow.

"A stream that allows sparks to crush the enemy... Spear of Fire!" Lucia chanted fire magic and consecutively took out fire spears from her palms and stabbed the creeping creatures directly in their chests.

The burning Abyss Monsters were seen squirming a few seconds before they died and turned into their primary forms.

4 of the 20 Abyss Monsters were Lamia Warriors that Piwood forced to repair the castle walls.

"They're Lamia!?" Lucia walked over to Evan with a surprised expression.

"Yes, they have given up hope after the annihilation of their Clan in Darkness Castle, and they want revenge by asking the Abyss Dominator for strength."

"That's so disgusting... Even though the Lamia Lady had gone to great lengths to have their Clan accepted by the True Dragon King in Darkness Castle... And this is their recompense to Lamia Lady?" Piwood expressed his frustration at the Lamia Clan's remaining betrayal to the Lamia Lady.

Amid their examination, suddenly, a loud laugh sounded. A terrifying sound was emanating from the Abyssal Rift.

"Kyahaha...!!"

"This is Serious!! Princess, looks like your seal has started to fade. Can you do a seal renewal?" Piwood immediately panicked when he heard the sound coming from the Abyssal Rift. Because among them only Him who knows the owner of that gripping laughing voice.

"If you're in this panic, it means that the creature I once sealed was not an ordinary creature. But, it's a shame that skill is included in the list of skills that I sacrificed." Lucia just smiled wryly, having trouble remembering what kind of Creature she had sealed.

In the air, a boy with reddish-pink hair with blue eyes muttered like a psychopath.

"Kyaaha... I'm finally free... 760 years imprisoned at the bottom of a damp and disgusting abyss, now is the time to take revenge on that Bitch! I'll make every tear drop her feel 100 times the pain I feel."

Using the telescope eyes, the boy's eyes fell on a reddish-pink-haired girl on the ground. "I found you, bitch!"

Piwood, who saw that the boy was indeed after Lucia, decided to take Lucia and Evan to getaway.

"My King! I'm sorry, we have to get out of here!" Piwood instantly wrapped around Lucia and Evan's bodies using him's hands which turned into long roots.

However, Piwood's escape was easily thwarted by the Abyss Dominator. He took out the Abyss Monster that came from the purest dark energy, quickly the monster in the form of dark energy bit Piwood's hands until they both broke.

Although the break of Piwood's hand had no effect on him's life. But that had thwarted him's plan to escape. It took much longer to regenerate the bite marks from the Abyss Monster.

Within seconds, the Abyss Dominator managed to reach Lucia and strangle her with one hand of his.

"I've heard of the results of your reign over Darkness Castle just now… Very Weak!! Kyahaha" The Abyss Dominator was truly happy when he saw Lucia's suffering. The grudge she had harbored for a long time was finally released at that time.
