The very next day, Eve resumed her training, eager to continue pushing herself to the limit. To her disappointment, the Prince did not show up in the library so she was forced to join the other women who chose to train in the training room. After running for an hour, she returned to her room to prepare for the day's physical sessions.
Despite having already achieved the rank of Victor 15, there was no rest for Eve or the other survivors of the grueling evaluation. Marius and Celeste would continue to teach them until the next evaluation.
"We never thought there would be 14 survivors of that evaluation," Marius addressed the group of women, a note of surprise in his voice. He scanned the faces of the women lining up in front of him. "And some of you were even able to kill the spawn. Impressive."
