Eve’s Game

I climbed out of bed, with my messy hair and ruined makeup, my head was throbbing like I had been punched hard on the head, I strolled across the room, holding things to help with my balance.

'Who was I with last night??.' I thought. Trying to remember, I knew a man approached me and we had a couple of drinks together. I obviously got drunk and ended up here. 

I looked over my shoulder to find a man lying on the bed still in deep sleep. 

''Oh, shit!.'' I moved closer with my wobbly legs, I didn't want to wake him up.

I saw his manly face, his figure. Damn it! He is naked but yet he looks ravishing.

"Bruno Becker!." I whispered to myself. ' I can't believe I got him!!.' I exclaimed in my mind.

A huge smile laced on my lips, I saw him move and I immediately panicked, I tried to move fast so he didn't catch me staring. I felt his hand grab my wrist and pull me back. My throbbing head made me weak!, and I fell onto his naked body.

He pulled my hair from my face and kissed my cheek.

"You were amazing last night!." He said seductively.

His hands slid down my back and I felt him tap my ass, he planted a kiss on my lips, he was quite gentle and steady. I replied to him with a kiss.

He seemed half awake so it was easy for me to free myself from him. I had my bath and wore my outfit from last night. It wasn't really the best choice of outfit for the morning but it was my only choice. I combed my hair straight and applied lipgloss.

"Leaving already and no goodbye?!." Bruno asked.

"I am sorry about that but I am in a hurry!." I replied with a half smile.

"Okay, sweetie, I will call you later, Delilah!. See you around!." He seems into me, this is great.

"Okay, strange!." I replied seductively, licked my lips playfully and then winked at him

I closed the door, I walked down the lobby, and I flung my waist as I walked showing off my ass and hips. 

"Hi, beautiful!." A man greeted me.

I smiled at him and walked out of the hotel.

I dialled Alexander's cell phone.

"Hello!." I said immediately he answered the call.

"What's the news!," As always he went straight to business.

"I got Bruno Becker!." I replied.

"Good job!. Keep on with the good work, at this rate we will have him in the bag in no time!." Alexander said.

I stopped a cab and rode down to my apartment! I had to move to a new house in Germany!, so I could track down Mr Bruno, he is definitely more handsome than the picture I was shown. I knew better than to not fall in love with my prey! 

I got to my house on time, I paid the cab driver, I walked to my front door and opened it, once I walked in I locked the door behind me. I ran into the shower for a proper bath then I changed into a large shirt and underwear.

I went through Bronus' file, he was a busy man based on his schedule provided in the file. I got bored so I decided to call my mom.

"Hi!!!, we are at the movies drop a message if it's important, but if it's not don't!." It went straight to her voicemail.

I had a bitter smile on my face, it's been a week and I already miss them. Boredom was eating me up.

(Lucifer's POV)

"Aviva Michel!!. Or should I say, Agent Delilah…., who are you trailing on this time!!."

I have had my eyes on Aviva since the day she was born and tested positive for Adams bloodline, I studied her parents but none had the same bloodline as her though she was their biological daughter, this was one of the reasons I watched her from a distance and in very unusual instances I secure and protect her without her knowledge. My eye has been on her ever since till the time she successfully slit the throat of a demon, fascinating that a human girl was capable to do such at a young age, and now she's after Eve's apple.

"Em Sir, his name is Bruno!." Elizabeth broke my train of thought.

I raised an eyebrow as I stared at her, this little bitch! I hope you have something impressive this time!

"Tell me more!." I said with interest.

"She was at a hotel bar when he ap

approached her, at first she seemed innocent, calm and stressed out but when he approached her she collected herself and acted like she was a different person!." Hearing her blabbering made my head hurt.

I knew Aviva (Delilah) was a good actress and knew how to play her cards so I wasn't shocked. It wasn't new news to me. I gave them an angry stare to Elizabeth, she better have something mouth-watering to give to me.

"Emm they had sex!." She told me nervously like it was an abomination to say the word 'sex!'

"That's all?!." I was eager to know more.

She nodded vigorously. Smoke almost popped out of my ears, I could feel my blood boiling.

"What kind of a spy are you!!!!." I roared. 

My voice was loud enough to make everyone stop their duties

"I tried my best, she was fast!." Elizabeth replied with a pleading voice.

"Nonsense!!. I want you to find out everything she is up to!. follow her everywhere. I don't care if you need to become her shadow just do it!!." I roared at her. "Get out and all of you back to work this instant!!."

And she is said to be one of the best in the industry!, with such lazy employees I wouldn't be able to stop them! they will obtain the power that lies in Eve's apple.

I walked out of my office and strolled towards the elevator, each employee I walked past buried their faces in their computers.

"I don't get why I have to stalk his ex-girlfriend!." Elizabeth murmured. I heard her clearly from where I was but I ignored her completely.

I hissed then walked away, I got into my car and drove off.

"Oh Eve!, I do miss the old days, when it was you, me and the garden. I wonder why you had to be taken away from me!." I felt my heart ache when I remembered my love life with Eve.

I inhaled and exhaled. My phone rang, it was Melina.

"Hi, sweetheart!." I said the moment I answered the call.

"So you are the one corrupting my daughter!!." A man yelled at the other end, her father?!.

"I will be there in a moment, don't touch her!." I replied.

I ended the call and revised the car. I drove like a mad person in a police chase! It took me ten minutes to get to her front yard. I pulled over, came down and locked my car. I could hear screaming and cries coming from the house.

"He didn't dare go against my order !." I said to myself in anger.

I walked to the front door and knocked.

"Anyone home!." I yelled when I heard the beating go on but no one cared to respond to the VIP at the door!

It was getting annoying standing and waiting for them to open the door, so I made things less stressful for both of them. I turned the doorknob but it was locked, 'ha!' That's not a problem. I decided to kick the door open and it flew off its hinges.

"Hello!." I said calmly announcing my presence at WrestleMania.

"Lucifer!!." Melina cried.

Rage flashed in my eyes when I saw her father raise his hands to hit her, I moved fast enough to wage his hand.

"Now what's the problem?!." I asked with no difference on my face.

"So this is the man who you have been sleeping with!!, you are nothing but a waste of my good sperm!!!." Her father yelled.

"Is that a problem…" I asked with my eyes half closed, he was making me exhausted. He was so boring.

"I wouldn't have you in my house, you shameless child!!." He yelled. 

"Dead or alive?!." I asked Melina and I saw her shiver.

"Alive!." She cried.

I nodded, grabbed her waist and walked her out of the house, with her father cursing and yelling.
