The Night Outside

Aram dragged Meham out of place, it was Meham's first time observing the outside in this world.

"The stars are a lot more sparkling here."

"Sure, but you may not have time to admire it since you are busy flirting with Bar Lady"

"You are right unless they face unusual hindrance, they will reach there in a few days"

They both head back inside, Barbara served them Keesh, they both enjoyed it and after a few discussions, they went to hit the Bed.

[Six hours ago]

Aryah and the group are on their way with the Resin Kingdom as a destination, they did see few carriages but they were not enough to lift them all, they just continued their journey.

"I am worried about Bekaar they did not take any food supplies with them." Annie showed her concern.

"I am sure they will be fine, it's a fine land surely anyone can survive with a little common sense here." Kiz seemed relaxed.

Aryah saw a wild giant rabbit in a distance, her eyesight is similar to that of a hawk, she stopped and ready her bow and arrow.

*Swish*

Everyone got alert, but when they saw Aryah pointing off the road in far bushes they got the idea. Kiz and Samber went in the direction Aryah shot.

"Oh, it's Barbecue time!" Sambar seemed overjoyed to look at the hunt.

"Hmm, I think we should camp here its getting dark too" Khush pointed in the direction of a huge Birch tree.

"Alright." Aryah agreed with him.

The group started preparing for a temporary rest area, Samber borrowed Blade from one of the guys and start butchering the huge white rabbit.

"Your family run's a meat shop right?" Annie sits beside Samber admiring his handicraft.

"Yes, but I never cut anything like this."

"Will it be okay for us?" Mira also joined them and show concern.

"It will be totally fine, it's just weird, it's as big as a huge turkey but a lot more tender than chicken, probably more like a normal rabbit "

"YOU EAT RABBIT?" Mira and Annie shouted in sync.

"No No, I just heard its meat is very tender and easy to cook."

"Give me the pelt and horn I will clean it, we can definitely sell it later," Aryah said while preparing the fire.

"Yeah it's a nice idea"

A few hours later they finished cooking and enjoying the meat sitting around the fire.

"Aryah, how did you do it, did the archery naturally come to you?" Kiz asked sitting in front of her.

"Well it sure looks like we are assigned jobs we are advanced at, I wonder why is that, but_ I did practice back in the village, I needed to grasp the basics of using the bow, and the kind hunter there help me out in that and now I can hit still targets at least"

"I wish I could grasp it as easy as you" Khush replied with a sigh.

"Sounds complicated" Sambar replied while munching on two BBQ sticks.

"I know Meham from the beginning, he would definitely be interested in this kind of complexity" Khush continued the discussion.

"Right? he always skipped the classes but on exam days he was the best source who could help in cramming, he explain all big complex problems as if he is telling a story" Mira sounded like he knew Meham even better than Meham.

"You are right since the first semester I always joined him 2 hours before the exam cramming, other than me, Mira, Aram, Khush, and a few more guys. "

"Why you joined his cramming?" Aryah looked at Khush, "Well my preparation was good but it was worth it to listen to his point of view, I even debated him sometimes on his ideas but never outsmarted him, and he did not seem interested in talking about this stuff other than exam days." Aryah seemed oblivious to this discussion.

While Samber, Khush, and Mira continued diving into their nostalgia Aryah shifted toward Annie who was also enjoying their discussion.

"Did you know about this cramming stuff?"

"Oh yes, I did try to join it sometimes too but his explanations were conflicting with my book concepts so I had to back off, hehe. "

"No, my point is if he was that smart why did he not give a front? Why he just displayed himself as someone who doesn't care what's happening around him?" Annie kept silent for a few seconds then replied, "well he must have had his reasons, but why are you curious?"

"I…I am not curious, his demeanor just agitates me, as Bekaar said it seems he thinks of others as idiots, " Aryah pouted, Annie also had no answer for her
