Ezekiel's POV

My daily routine is to go to my friend's coffee shop as I enter a familiar smell came up to me, and we met each other's eyes.

"Satina?" I said in surprise.

"It's Athena, not Satina, Ezekiel" and she smiled at me, so I sat across to her.

All I can say is, the Athena who's is in front of me was different. "Long time no see" she greeted me and sipped her tea.

"Yes, Small world" I smiled.

"Even though it's been a long time. I still haven't forgotten that you rejected me. Well, it's just a bad memory of the past" then Athena laughed.

"I'm sorry, Athena" I apologize.

"Yah! I know ~ that you and my brother were crazy over the same woman. Is that flirtatious person is she?" and she giggled I wasn't happy with what she said.

"I don't like what you just said" I rebuked her.

"What? That she's a flirt? Well, it's true, because she and Xander were already engaged then you're the third party" she explained then smirks.

"It's not funny, Athena," I said with an annoyed tone.

"Well, I gotta go, calm your ass down they might see your monster version, and I'm late for my appointment ciao ~", and she patted my shoulder and walked out of the shop.

She changes, I still remember how kind she was, but the hatred and jealousy fed her up.

"Prince Ezekiel! Princess Satina and Amethyst!" he hurriedly and hastily said.

"What happened to them?" I asked worriedly.

"Please hurry my majesty," he said in a hurry.

Then I rush to saw the princesses. In afar, I saw Satina slapping Amethyst from behind, The pain she was receiving painted to her face. I could see Amethyst's servant blocked by Satina's servants.

"Please don't hurt the princess, just hurt me instead" she begged to them.

So I immediately held the hand of Princess Satina so that she could stop hurting the Princess. Then she turned in my direction.

"Prince Ezekiel," she said in shock.

"What did you do to Princess Amethyst? Why are you hurting her?" I asked in anger.

"It's just compensation for what her servant did to me," she said.

"Release the Princess!" Because of the fear of her servants towards me, they did it immediately.

"If you laid your hand on the Princess once again. I will not hesitate to hurt you even if you're my good friend's sister" I threatened her.

"Princess Amethyst, wake up, Your Majesty" I heard her servant say so I turned to the direction of the Princess who had lost consciousness, and I picked her up when we were about to leave Princess Satina spoke.

"Even you, Prince Ezekiel?" and I continue walking.

"I can only promise, no one will hurt you, Princess, I will defend you as much as I can" I whispered to her as I lifted her.

I'm not aware that I had broken the glass that I was holding. My fist is still clenched due to the annoyance.

A waitress noticed my hand because it bleeds and she immediately gave me a tissue then I reached for it and thanked her. At the same time, he offered me to change my drink, but I refused.

After that I left, when I was about to ride my car. My phone suddenly rang and received a text message from my friend Ulysses.

Go to my clinic; I will wait for you.

When I read it, I immediately went to him. When I arrived at his clinic, he was busy reading documents.

"Well, you're here." he greeted me while he was still sitting in his office chair.

Ulysses is a Doctor, and like me, he is also a Vampire. When I had no one, and I did not know what to do as a vampire, he helped me to define who I am today. I immediately sat down on a client's chair near his office desk.

"This" he handed me a small medicine container. "The dosage is higher than before and lastly this" and gave me a suite case where the contents are more important.

"I won't take long thank you," I said goodbye to him.

"Call me for the outcome and tell me if you have any problems with those." and I nodded towards him as an answer.

When I arrived at my condominium, I went straight to my room and sat on the bed. Next to me is the suite case that Ulysses gave me.

I barely opened it and saw four shots of the medicine; this makes me get out in the sun and gives me body heat like a human.

I adjusted my sleeves and took a deep breath and quickly injected the medicine into me. My veins all over my body came out, then lays my body down onto the bed and closed my eyes to relieve the pain that I had.

My fangs grew out, and as I opened my eyes, my purple eyes pop out and put all the medication inside my body and remove the syringe.

I was still catching my breath and took the small bottle out of my pocket; it serves me as a vitamin; what it did was to quench my bloodthirst.

When I drank it, my heartbeat speeds up, and my head is pounding; it was painful because Ulysses higher the dosage, the trace of sweat are also coming out my body.

I came out from the comfort room while I'm rubbing a towel on my head, Por suddenly appeared into my head. I realize that I haven't talked to her all day.

I noticed that I did not get the documents in my car.

While I was in the elevator going down at the parking lot, I smelled something, and it came from a vampire. When the elevator opened, I fearlessly got out and walked straight to my car. Nobody's here, but I could hear a crackle and feel like someone is looking at me.

Suddenly a though approaching wind blew from behind, so I blocked it right away. It appeared as a man wearing a black hood with red eyes.

He was strong, but I was much stronger than him because of the drugs that I took. I gave him a punch that makes him threw away. He also immediately stood up and adjusted his jaw that was lost in the alignment of his face and rushed through me. I also felt my fangs come out.

When he ran towards my direction, I quickly grabbed his heart which was the reason for his fall, then I crushed his heart and turned his body to ashes.

I thought it was over, but when I turned around, I saw more of them. And they all have red eyes when the vampire has red eyes they fed on human blood.

They rushed towards me, but I immediately blocked them all. I also receive punches, but I realized they are more coming, which makes me more annoyed.

Where did these come from, Why I am their target! Then they dragged me down, I heard a whistle from afar, and they left. I sat down on the floor and caught my breath.

"I was almost a dead meat earlier," I said to myself and scratched my head.

I quickly got to Por's apartment because I was in a hurry. I could not fix myself, so I washed my hands with alcohol.

The shirt that I was wearing was stained in blood, so I changed with an extra shirt on the back seat and immediately went up to her apartment.

I knocked she immediately opened the door and greeted me with a tight embrace.

"Por, I'm here, don't be afraid" she raised her head to see my face, and she kept crying.

"Shhh ~" I held on to her.

We went inside, and she immediately closed the door. We sat on her couch and started to talk.

"It occurred to me that I wanted to resign. Because I was afraid, I was no longer comfortable when Xander is around. But it got worse, he came here drunk and lost his temper. Xander called me and begged. Sometimes he lost so much that he wanted to break down my door. I went to the police to have protection, but they refused, and they say Xander did nothing I begged them, but they did not want to " she said crying out of the trauma it was evident to her.

So I hugged her and caressed her hair.

"Don't worry, if the police can't do it, then I'll do it for you. I will protect you, trust me ~" I said to Por.
