It was Makoto izumi in the flesh. 

Futaba blinked, startled. She didn't think they would be meeting again like this. No, she knew they would see each other again eventually. Since she agreed with Succhan taking her to Soujiro's mansion after she recovered. But, she thought she would have more time. 

Why did he come here? 

Izumi takes long strides across the room until he is directly by her bed.

"Leave us."

Soujiro exhaled deeply. "I shall but do not harm her. If you do, you'll have to face Sumire's wrath."

Futaba watched as Soujiro exited the room and she felt her heart beat increase. Where on earth is Ran-chan when she needs him? Or rather, this is the first time she has woken up and he isn't here.

"I sent Iwa Ran away." Izumi suddenly said.

Futaba clenched her fist. "You had no right."
