chapter 2 : trapped

`so here's what I found out in the last few days first of all these messages and notifications are called system and it only responds to specific commands and desires it wasn't easy to get it to respond to my words`

`second this place is called a "dungeon" which monsters spawn constantly I observed them for a while but I want to encounter one yet the place I woke up in is the silver fang wolf tribe liar they're hostile to anything outside their tribe luckily for me I woke up in a cell that they don't go near it usually but when they do I hide my smell with moss and go under the vines`

`there's also day cycle that consists of 32 hours every day and I determined it through the lighting stones implemented on the walls which cycle from a yellowish white color in the day to a bluish one in the night every 16 hour`

`after now that I regained my strength I plan on facing the wolves to escape this place I have already defeated and killed one of them which unsurprisingly was much stronger than me I defeated it by paralyzing

it with the blue moss`

`I covered my entire body with the moss so if it bite me it would paralyze it was a risk that I would get paralyzed too but it worked and I smashed it's head with a rock it did the skull, skin, and bones were much more sturdier than the rock that it a lot of hits to kill it

`please forgive me...`

suddenly when he turned around he feels a heavy pressure as if a real predator is faced face to face with it's prey in the long hallway he saw it a huge humanoid that looked more like a wolf than a human.

it was looking to him directly in the eyes as if waiting for a response

`oh no not yet i did not finish making the the spear...`

"how dare you mere human...kill one of my kin and think of hiding away as if will not notice?"

after hearing the deep mighty voice of the werewolf he froze in his place and slowly the werewolf took his steps forward towards the kid

`oh come on move! I have one shot at this!`

the werewolf is walking on four as if he only walks on two when trying to intimidate his prey

"say human why would you try and struggle while it is futile" said the fearsome werewolf with his large furry figure

`so I wasn't imagining he did speak...`

"because I want to live if I did not fight back I wouldn't have a chance of survival at all" answer the boy that was cornered by the wolf

"Hahahahaha and here I thought you're mute but how do you mere human understand the lazourian language?" asked the werewolf after his smile turned into a serious expression

"lasoo what? I don't know what you're talking about..."

after the wolf heard those words he charged at him and appeared right in front of him

"then just die!" said the werewolf not realizing that he has stepped exactly into a trap

there was thread of vines that was holding spring trap made of bones revealing a sharp bone spear covered with blue moss that was powdered and mixed with water and amplified with silver fang wolf's saliva

"sorry I'm don't have any pans to die soon"

"is that it? is that all you have got? do you think this is enough to-"

"you know I got this convenient alchemy skill that enabled me to analyze the effects of plants."

suddenly the fearsome monster fell to the ground struggling to stand

"AAARGH!"

"I'm sorry but I knew I could never face you head on I was going to drag you here but it seems you came..."

"sorry for talking much..."

then he took out a dagger also made of the same bones and poison and stabbed the neck a few times until he died

"were...wolf?"

`now I that I think about it he was too tough for a wolf and that dose of poison should not only paralyze but kill a wolf immediately and my dagger broke...`
