Chapter 11 My Real Friends

I never thought in my life I would have the best people in my life. God sent me some of the best people ever. They not even blood but they treat me like we are. My bruh lil Fred is the violent one. My two sis Karen and violet are the crazy ones I love them to death. My baby mama Tonya she's a great person even doe we have our ups and downs ain't nothing gone come between us.

I have a crew of a crazy ones on my team but they are some true life prayer warriors. If anything they will pray before they go to the next man. I can say long as I been round them I have changed a lot like I don't even hang out like that. I stop doing drugs they got me back into church in getting me right.

They always had my back when I was down and out. I can say this I wouldn't trade them for nothing in this world they will always be my ride or dies. In I can say my life did a whole 360 when it came to hanging with these four. Then I also got my love of my life Maya never thought she would come back to me until this one special day.

I get a message on Fb hey how are you doing? I'm fine how are you doing? I'm good just getting home relaxing. We get into details in started talking. Its not one day that goes by we do not talk to each other. We became friends and we are working our way to a relationship in I love every minute.

Maya and my bruh lil fred and my mother was by my side through my surgery. My bestie came up there fucked up talking about pussy and all this crazy stuff in them people building. We in that place killing ourselves laugh until the lady called me to the back. I went to the back in was in a good spirit because I had done prayed that the lord had covered me in his blood.

And I had been prayed for by all my friends. I went in singing Gospel in the lady look at me in said what are you singing? I said Ooh this Gospel song by Rance Allen something about the name Jesus she said you sound good. I was like thank you. She was like you in a good spirit.

I told her yeah when you got faith in God and you have friends who pray you would too. She was like you right Erica keep that faith high. I laugh in said thank you and I will. I got prep for my next part of surgery the lady in Me where laughing. She was like I got a mask it has a new smell cause it's new.

I was like okay in took in some deep breath. Just laughing at the lady in her jokes. Until I realize I was out in three seconds. I was tricked in believing it was oxygen in reality it was sleeping gas. I woke up I'm looking round like what the world just happen. I look down at my foot like it's got a big white thing on it.

Lady came in and said Erica how you feeling? I'm doing good so far. She said are you in pain? No ma'am. I'm good actually I don't feel nothing yet. My mama and lil Fred came back there to see me after I woke up. I went to straight clowning when I woke up from that gas.

I had my mama killing her self laughing talking about food. I seen the door open I seen my bae walk through when I seen her I started smiling from ear to ear because bae made my day to know she she stayed by my side through my surgery. I woke up up I was happy to know she was there then I get a lot of calls from everyone.

They made my day by checking on me and made me feel better. I was getting ready to leave I got my meds in all while I was out. And got me some food to go in my tummy I was hungry as hell. But I regretted it later because that food messed up my stomach I learned never eat fried foods after surgery. I laid on the chair I had to use the bathroom. I was like dam I got comfortable now I got to go to the bathroom. I got up in went to crawling because me in crutches sucks together. Now I'm like dang who gone come by in see me and spend time with me.

I get a call from my ex she checked on me and ask me do I need a rub down. Now mind you'll me and Maya are together now in we are going to see what we gone do. I started laughing at her like I'm good I'm happy with my soon to be wife.

In my eyes I know she older then me but in my eyes I love her with all my heart. So as I tell anybody this girl right here is mines and she not going no where. We came to the conclusion if you going to be together then we gone be together no games no lies and better communication between us.

I think she gone be my rider for real for real cause everything else was just a game in jokes but I think this is what I want. So as you know I know behind this I'm gone always have somebody hating or gone try some dum stuff to get between us but I'm not listening to nobody it us against the world.

I know its going to be some mad souls but I don't care. I got my family behind me and my decision In that's all that matter. Cant nobody replace none of my family that's not even blood but they are too me because of they loyalty to me in my down times. I can say God have bless me with so faithful friends and family I do have in my corner.

But I'm so ready for this special day for my bestie Karen and her big day that's coming up it's going down on this special day. I'm to ready for this day so we can be big petty.
