This being was full of chains that weren't held up by anything, freely dangling in the sky.
His neck, waist, arms, and legs were all chained.
"Hmm? A Transmigrator? And a Special One at that! This! This might be my chance!" The chained being's voice was rough as if he hadn't drunk anything in years, His voice reverberated throughout the whole Realm.

"So Evolving helps me fix any kind of physical handicap? Cool!" Draco was happy, He knew he would eventually be healed to peak condition but not this fast.
