Standing in the plain floor to ceiling window, casting his gaze upon the town and it's people and how they moved about their activities. The semi-silence of the door creaking open reverberated in the quiet space.

"How is She?" Still facing the window, Ezra asked without turning to know who just walked in.

"The healer mentioned that she is stable for now. But that is not sorted as of yet. The pain will last until the last day." The man who just stepped in reported the moment he was asked.

Ezra only gave a sharp nod to what he heard. His gaze unreadable.

"Another thing."

"Speak."

"The prophetess is here." The man remarked.

"Is my uncle still in the castle?" Ezra asked, his voice held weight.

"No but Lady Avia is." The man replied.

Nodding silently, Ezra said. "Tell the prophetess that I will send words to her later."

"Yes Your Highness." With a curt and respectful bow, he left.

Ezra's attention went back to the view he was looking at a while ago before one of his trusted men came in. The glint in his eyes was something one could not be able to discern. He was just too good at masking his inner thoughts that it was hard to put in conversion what he is thinking, Or what plans were cooking in that royal brain of his.

He turned his back and left the room in elegant steps.

...

At a huge room, with decors of royal garners and a touch of female ornateness. A tall figure stood above the frail and fragile body lying weak and almost lifeless on the nicely furnished bed. His eyes steady but deeply had an emotion in it. Perturbation, distress, and Guilt....?

It was not completely recognizable, infact if one wouldn't look clearly, it will seem as if it is not there.

A small grimace left the lips of the girl as her body stirred a little in pain. But Ezra stood unmoving, nailed to ground. No reaction escaped his face. He only watched her as she writ slowly on the bed.

A man with a grim expression appeared inside the room. "What decision have you taken?" The man suddenly popped a question.

A slight grin slits it's way on Ezra's lips. "I haven't taken any action yet." That was all his reply to the man's question.

Looking at Ezra inquisitively, the man drew nearer and stood on his left hand side. "Any information?"

With his smirk, Ezra turned to his angle. "You seem quite interested, Edriel."

Though he was smiling, but Edriel knew that behind that smile, hid some great meaning and deviousness. "Why would I not? is she not my daughter?" Edriel managed to compose his countenance and sounded rather calm.

Nodding slowly, Ezra turned back to the bed where she laid. "You are right. Besides it's my fault that she..." He paused. A tinge of mystery in his eyes.

"Take care of her for the main time, I will be back." He said, giving the girl one last look before turning on his heels and off he went.

Edriel could only shake his head sideways before moving further to where Ezra stood before. He looked at his daughter who was twisting and turning on the bed. He needed no one to convey to him that she was in immense pain. "I warned you." He muttered softly as his gaze soften at the sight of her in that condition.

In the idyllic and pleasant atmosphere of the garden of the Weighns castle, A tall and sturdy man could be seen sitting in the traditional styled gazebo. With his long legs crossed. His posture exhibited nothing but great elegance and royalty, his thin lips was raised in a sinister smile as he tipped his chin up holding a glass of red liquid in it.

"So the crown prince has finally remembered the castle after a long while." He said, as if he was talking to someone. But the guard behind him knew better than to echo a reply to this prince seated here.

"When was the last time, he came over to say hello to his family?" Taking a sip from his glass, caelian smirked—Wickedly.

Caelian snapped his fingers, calling for the man at guard behind him. When the guard approached, he motioned for him to bend a bit low and he did. Caelian whispered something into his ears making the guard look at him in terror.
