They took her every happiness and in turn, she took something valuable from them. She gave them a big blow. She knew they won’t recover and that marks the end of the Kastello family. She succeeded in her revenge. She wanted to perish before falling into the hands of the guardian of the Kastello family—Leander Kastello, the youngest of the Kastellos. The encounter that she never prepared herself for, changed her life forever. ----- Leander Kastello is dangerous. He is lethal to anyone who hurts even a single hair of his family members. Anyone and everyone who even bothers to think badly about his family would have a taste of his bullets. Anyone…Everyone… Except, for that woman, whom he met on the ledge. That woman… He rushed to save her. And not just once. Why? What’s wrong with him? Why can’t he hurt her even when she stood in front of him, soaked in his brother’s blood? Why can’t he see her in danger? What does she have in her eyes that makes him do things he normally wouldn’t do? ------ After learning that the one who saved her is the guardian of the family she wishes to destroy, what will Vivian do? When she saw the little spark that she kindled in that well-defended family burning uncontrollably as she very much hoped for, why did she feel sad for the guy who only knew to protect? Why does her heart hurt to see him in pain? Will she let him burn in the fire as she originally hoped for? Or will she return the favor and become his guardian and lead him to safety? Hello guys, This book will be a slow burn. But there will be a lot of sweet moments and interactions between the leads right from the start. And depending on the summoning pens, PSs, and GTs, mass releases will be scheduled. Please support this book. Kindly vote, comment and write reviews so that I will know where to improve. Thank you.

Sparked Desire

Lionel Waldorf--heir to the Waldorf Family.

Leander smiled unconsciously as he thought about that weird friend of his who is the same age as him. He's like…water—a free spirit who won't be afraid to step out on a path not knowing where it will take him. He is ambitious too. And he tries his best to walk toward his goals.

That's why Lionel is weird. He is both extremes at once. Or he presented himself as one. But he was resilient and adamant. Like a river that would find its way to the sea somehow, wherever he is, he will always walk toward his goal

Lionel never showed anyone his true heart, mysterious and free. Like water, he would slip away when someone tries to figure him out. It made more enemies for him. That, and his last name.

The Waldorf family controls the southern territories of the country. Lionel was not always the heir. He was born out of wedlock and because his mother feared for his life, he was raised as a girl in a faraway seaside town when he was young.

But unfortunately, Lionel's existence was found out by his father. And since there were no other male heirs to the Waldorf family at that time, he was announced as the heir and was separated from his mother.

Separated from his mother—that itself is terrible for a twelve-year-old boy to go through. But the cruel thing was it was the sugarcoated version of what actually happened. The don of the Waldorf family (Lionel's grandfather) killed Lionel's birth mother and dragged Lionel to the city to live with the Waldorf family as the "heir".

Needless to say, that didn't go well for Lionel. He does not like his family.

His father's wife could never replace Lionel's mother and there is only resentment between them. She gave birth to a son seven years ago. And that has complicated a lot of things in the Waldorf family.

Lionel's life is more in danger now.

Maybe to conceal the cruelties he had to endure in his life, he cloaked himself with a mysterious personality that was fluid. But oddly, that's why Leander admired him.

He didn't understand him either. But liked him because he is the opposite of him. Lionel won't get disturbed if things didn't go his way. He'd find another way and keep on flowing, like a river.

Lionel is still the heir, but he had other interests. He wanted to be a movie director. His family was against it, and he escaped them to become a rom-com director.

He gets women. He knows a lot of women, biblically. But he never has serious relationships with them. He'd say it was for his stories, for authenticity and inspiration, but Leander knew the true reason.

He was waiting for a girl he once knew. He slipped it out once when he was heavily drunk and never repeated it.

But, hey! Leander supported his friend. He wished for his happiness. There are not many honest people like Lionel around him.

Leander picked up his phone and looked for his "best" friend. He was bottom of the list because he hadn't talked to him for a long time. The last message was sent by Lionel a year back when he was in town asking for a get-together.

It's been a while, Leander thought and started typing.

[Nellie, how do you stop a woman from crying?]

He thought for a second before pressing send. He didn't think the framing was right. Lionel will surely tell him to kill the woman as a joke. He didn't want to hear jokes. He wanted serious answers. He deleted the text and typed again.

[Nellie, how do you cajole a crying woman?]

He pressed send without any hesitation as he found this would make his intention clear.

He stared at his phone for some time. Lionel was not even reading the message. Leander threw his phone on the nightstand. Lionel must be busy writing. He doesn't answer when he is writing.

With a sigh, he turned to the side to face Viviana. She was looking through the window. When he looked closely, he could see her reflection in the glass.

Will she like beaches? He wondered.

Abbeney—The town where Lionel grew up. It's a beautiful seaside tourist town that combines mountains and seas. The Kastello family owns a resort there. Weirdly, he is yet to visit there.

Katerina mentioned that he had visited Abbeney when he was maybe thirteen. It was weird that he couldn't remember that visit. His memory from the past was a little fuzzy after that accident he suffered.

Maybe he should go there with Minnie someday and see if she likes the view.

His eyes closed on their own. The medicines he took, have taken effect. He took in a deep breath and watched her some more. She should be falling asleep pretty soon too.

She was rubbing her shoulders with her hand and hugging herself. He thought that she might be cold.

He walked to the closet and brought another duvet and covered her with it. She was not pushing it away and he was relieved.

"You could have asked me for another duvet…" he whispered as he tucked her in.

His lips curved to a smile when she snorted and buried her face in the pillow.

She is very cute…

He wanted to sit by her side and watch her forever. But she won't appreciate it. Reluctantly, he returned to his side of the bed. She fell asleep within a short time and only then Leander could fall asleep.

The next morning, when Leander woke up it was 8 a.m. He was surprised that he was asleep for that long. He usually wakes up at six.

Viviana was still sleeping, and he went to the bathroom and freshened up. He felt a lot better from the previous day after his sleep and so he decided to rest for a couple more days.

He came out of the bathroom drying his hair. His eyes ended up on his bed naturally. Somehow having that petite figure on that big bed made him feel full.

He smiled as she rolled over in her sleep hugging the duvet. She still was not in the mood to wake up. Shaking her back, she stuck her right leg out of the duvet. She then collected the duvet to her chest and threw her released leg over the cushioned duvet.

Leander gulped. An electric current passed through his lower abdomen making it stiff.

The little adjustment she made, had lifted the shirt she was wearing. The black duvet and the black T-shirt contrasted her skin, and the white sheets lit up her privates.

He could see the folds between her legs in all their bald glory, so clearly. Not just the folds but also the pink…

Ehem!

He cleared his throat as it was itchy because of dryness. He wanted to avert his eyes, but he couldn't. All his blood flew below his abdomen making his manhood erect. His chest went tight, and his brain stopped functioning.

Well, a thought did pop up in his brain. So, his brain was working.

It looks pretty… I want to kiss it. How will it smell? I bet it would smell like peaches… It looks like a peach.

Beautiful!

She thought that he was gay. But it is very obvious that he is attracted to that pretty thing in between her legs. He wanted that. His erect willy twitched wanting comfort.

F*ck me!

He clenched his jaws and walked to her.
