Entrapped To A Cruel Handsome Beast

"I beg you, please spare my life. I promise, once my business revives, I will immediately repay my debt. I'm pleading with you, don't harm me. Please..." Vincent pleaded desperately to the man he believed to possess supernatural abilities, fearing for his life. The man, who went by the name of Master Edgar, responded with a smirk. "Oh, Mr. Vincent, why would I want to kill you? After all, you have a daughter whom you undoubtedly wouldn't want to lose." Trembling with fear, Vincent implored once more, "Please, I beg you, spare my life. Don't lay a finger on my daughter. I promise to repay what I owe. Please, not my daughter, Master Edgar!" Meanwhile, Precious, a nineteen-year-old college student, had just started her new semester. Her father had warned her about Edgar, referring to him as a beast. He instructed her to comply and live with him until he could settle his debt. Her father assured her that after six months, he would rescue her from the clutches of this beast. Filled with apprehension, Precious believed that her life was doomed the moment she moved in with Edgar. According to her father, all she had to do was mind her own business to stay safe. However, it quickly became apparent that Edgar, the cruel and arrogant master, did not claim her just to have her quietly mind her own business. She soon discovered that she would have to pay the price for her father's debt. Her innocent college life turned into a misery-filled existence, surrounded by beasts. These creatures were mercilessly cruel to her, yet they treated her as if she were as precious as her name. How would Precious survive in a household filled with these beasts? Beasts who took pleasure in tormenting her while treating her as a prized possession? What would become of this innocent college student as she delved deeper into the dark secrets and unholy knowledge that she began to uncover about her master, Edgar?

10. A prayer to her Master

How much dumber can she be?

Rainey walked away from her, obviously feeling irritated by her madness. Although Precious hadn't recovered from the tension earlier about the ghost and dashing into her room, she was able to figure out that Rainey was upset with her.

She closed her eyes and took in some breaths, telling herself that she was safe. Edgar couldn't kill her just yet. He still hadn't devoured her as her father and the beasts told her. She was precious and innocent. Precious suddenly began to think about the part where she had to be a tool to Edgar.

That thought made her calm down and hug herself in her bed. Precious was sad. She never wished for such a life but here she was stranded and trapped in Edgar's territory. There was no way out.

She couldn't escape because they weren't humans, they were beasts and they could find her anywhere. Wherever she goes, she'd be found so there was no point of her trying to escape.

Frustration consumed Precious, causing her to locate the mirror in her room. She became angry with herself and went for scissors without thinking it through.

She concluded that she wasn't going to have a second thought about cutting her hair. Her life was terrible now so what was the point?!

In anger, Precious used the scissors on her hair. Her soft healthy hair fell to the ground as if she was losing something as precious as her life and of course, she was losing a lot.

However, Precious only caused a mess. She didn't know how to cut hair and ended up making herself look like a clown. This made Precious burst into tears.

Rainey was just around the room, watching her display her agony. Precious fell to the ground and clenched her fingers together. "Edgar!!" She cried. "I want to see Papa!! I don't feel like myself anymore because I haven't seen him!" She began to pray just as Chris had told her.

Rainey sat there, licking himself. He was satisfied with the food he ate and just wanted to sleep but his owner seemed to be more pathetic than he was.

"If you want me to pay so I can see him, I will. Please just let me see him. I mean meet him! I want to see him physically! I want to touch him and tell him that I'm doing fine, Papa. I eat with golden spoons, I have friends like Chris and Lucas and Veronica even though we aren't friends yet. I want to tell him that you made me a house for me to practice pottery to the fullest. I want to tell him that I might not always be comfortable with you, Edgar but I am safe and you still have some good sides even though you are dead. Please, Edgar, let me see my father!

If possible, Edgar!" Precious opened her eyes. "Edgar! M–M–Master Edgar, if possible can you let me go?" She asked the air.

Precious knew she wouldn't just receive a "Yes" from the air but she hoped she would so that she'd just pack her things and return to the comfortable life she was living before with her father.

Realizing she was only making a wish to a ghost, Precious stopped by recovering the breath she didn't know she had ceased. Precious then began to stare into space, occupied by the thoughts in her head. She continuously sighed and sighed until she fell asleep right on that spot where the hair she cut off from her long blonde hair was. She was blue and frazzled.

Precious woke up the next morning, finding herself in her bed. At first, the girl didn't ponder how she ended up in bed. She just stood up from bed and located the bathroom to prepare for the day. While brushing, staring at the mirror, she recognized the mess she made on her hair, suddenly regretting what she did to her hair.

Precious was resuming college the next day, how was she going to face the world with terrible rough hair?!

Cursing herself for taking such a move on her hair, Precious realized that she fell asleep on the floor last night but how did she…how did she end up in bed?!

Precious washed her mouth and ran out of the bathroom to see that the mess she made on the ground had been tended to. "Edgar?" She muttered under her breath. That was the only thing that came to her mind but the mess was tended to by her.

Precious sleepwalks sometimes but last night she woke up on her own, probably without her mind and cleaned everything up before checking on Rainey who was sleeping on her bed. Afterwards, she cuddled with Rainey but he untangled himself out of her arms and slept in his own comfort.

Rainey hated how vulnerable she was but she was still a darling and his owner.

However, Precious didn't recall that she cleaned the mess up by herself. She assumed that Edgar showed up last night and took care of her.

Precious smiled. "How can a ghost like a human?" She asked as she returned to the bathroom. "But I'm sorry Edgar, I can't like you back." Now preparing the bathtub, she said.

Rainey was behind her, ready for a bath as well. Precious attended to him while the bathtub filled up. She only brushed his hair and dried him up with her hair dryer and played with him for a while.

Precious was glad to have a friend like Rainey. She'd want him with her for the rest of her days if possible. "Thanks, Rainey for finding me," she uttered, taking her pajamas off to have her bath.

Rainey replied with his only means of communication; his expression and "meow"

Rainey followed her to the bathtub, he hated being wet so he avoided falling into the tub. "You know, I'm also good at telling stories," she began. "But I love molding, it's my life, Rainey!" Precious then glanced at Rainey and smiled. She was thinking of the way she'd face the world with such bad hair. She had no money with her, how was she going to get her hair done?

Suddenly, still, deep in thought, she realized she was in the tub and attempted to…

Precious let her body fall freely into the tub, her head going into the water. Perhaps she should just commit suicide and die. That way, she'd find peace in the afterlife.
