After school closure, Ariana stayed back with the rest of the acting crew along with some student who wanted to spoil the play for themselves.

" Do you like flowers" Drew asked Brianna ( Nicolas asked Ariana)

    They continued the play and it was finally time for the finale ( kissing scene).

   Raymond stood behind the curtain, twisting his hands. He could not stand it. The love of his life was going to kiss someone else right in front of him. He had to do something, he resolved and left.

" Please don't leave me Drew. I love you so much" Ariana begged with tears in her eyes.

" I love you too Brianna but what can we do? It seems we are not meant to be" Nicolas said, trying to conceal the tears that had welled up in his eyes.

" Please don't go" Ariana begged.

" I have to my love. I have to" Nicolas said and made to leave.

" Hold on" Nicolas halted and turned to face her.

" Shall I have one last kiss from you? One I'll remember?" She asked.

" Yes" he nodded and they began moving closer to each other.

Ariana wrapped her hands around Nicolas' neck while Nicolas wrapped his hand around Ariana's waist. Their lips were almost touching when suddenly, the stage background started shaking. It was about to fall but Ariana and Nicolas were quick enough to separate before it crashed to the ground.

  They gasped in fear and shock combined together.

How'd the stage background fall? Raymond stood behind the curtain and smiled. They didn't kiss.

Nicolas looked at Raymond and caught him smiling.

" I'm sure he did this," he muttered to himself.

" Ariana" Raymond called, when he saw she was about to get into a car.

" What do you want?" She asked.

" Ari? So much hatred in your voice, you......"

" What do you expect?" She asked. " Do you still expect love from me after you rejected, called me desperate and said I wasn't your type?"

He looked at her without an answer. He smiled, hoping she'd also smile when he told her his good news 

" Ari, I have good news for you," he told her.

" What good news could you possibly have for me other than rejection"

" Why don't you get it Ariana?" He screamed. " You can't even let me speak. You keep cutting me off. I rejected you, yes I admit it but don't you wanna know why I cut the rope off the background? It's because I love you and I can't bear to see you with anyone else" he said. He ran his hand through his hair in frustration before holding Ariana's shoulder.

" I love you Ariana, I really do" he looked at her face, hoping to see joy but from the look of things, she was disgusted.

" You cut the rope?" She took his hands off her shoulder. " You could have killed me back there you know. I could've died because of your childishness." She swept her hair back. " What do you want from me Raymond? What? First you rejected me in front of the whole school, then you make an attempt on my life and now you tell me you love me? That's not love, it's an infatuation and I'm not that desperate that I'll ignore all you did to me and come back to you" she said and got into the car.

" See you on Monday" she said and the driver drove off.

" Fuck!!" He kicked the ground. But this wasn't gonna stop him, he was going to make Ariana his at all cost.
