Chapter 55

" I'm sorry, i tripped, I didn't mean for this to happen" Ariana apologized, getting off him.

" It's fine" Raymond said.

" Excuse me" she said and left.

" What was that?" Raymond asked himself. " Why do I feel this way even though I know it was an accidental kiss" he asked himself.

" I must be overreacting" he decided and left.

" How come Raymond has such an impact on me?" Ariana asked herself. " He's not the first guy I'll be kissing so why do I feel this way because I was kissed by him? I never felt this way when I was with Max. I....." She dispersed her thoughts when she saw something she thought would go a long way for her.

" That's not Presley's locker. What is she doing?" Ariana asked herself. She couldn't see clearly because she was standing at a distance so she took out her phone and zoomed in so she see what Presley was doing.

" I should make a video. Raymond will have to see this" she thought to herself and started filming.

She saw Presley take take out something from the locker and then pour it into another plate before closing the locker and moving away sneakily..

" Done" Ariana said and saved the video. She dialed Raymond's number and waited for his reply.

" What's up?" Raymond asked.

" I think I have solid evidence" Ariana said.

" Against Henry? That's awesome. Meet me at the cafeteria in five minutes" Raymond said and hung up.

" I hope my suspicions are confirmed right." Ariana said and headed for the cafeteria.

" Here" Raymond waved at Ariana immediately he spotted her.

She immediately walked over to him and took a seat.

" You said you've got some evidence, show it to " Raymond said.

" Yes" she gave her phone to him.

He watched the video, " I think we have who we want" 

" We can't be sure and besides, this is not enough evidence. We have to catch her right in the act" Ariana said.

" You're right, we'll need to keep an eye on her" Raymond said.

" Yes but don't you think she's working with someone? She can't possibly steal a lot of people's lunch herself" Ariana said, voicing her opinion.

" Yes but if we catch her in the act, then it means she'll most definitely lead us to the other lunch thief don't you think?" Raymond asked.

" Yes. But If we keep on following her, don't you think her partner might find us out?" Ariana asked.

" I think we should plant cameras on her" Raymond suggested.

" It's a good idea but where do you think we are gonna plant those cameras?" Ariana asked

" Her clothes, where else?" Raymond asked.

" And what happens tomorrow? You think she's gonna put on the same outfit twice?" Ariana asked, sighing.

" You're right. I have an idea" Raymond said.

" Tell me, I'm listening" Ariana said eagerly.

He whispered something in her ear and her eyes flew wide.

" Are you crazy?" She asked. " You know we can't do that, we could get suspended if we're caught"

" We just have to keep it secret, no telling. " Raymond said.

" Not even Casey?" She asked

" Not even her" Raymond said. " So, we doing this?"

" Yes" she said and sighed .

" Let's get to work" he said and they both left the cafeteria.
