Chapter 136

RATE AND REVIEW

Hey guys, so sorry for the late update. I'm having some issues with my device and I'm trying to sort it out so bear with me. In the meantime, enjoy today's update.

ARIANA'S POV....

" We're here" Leonard said after pulling off in front of the airport.

" Thanks" I said and with pain, I got down.

" Do you need some help?" He asked.

" It's fine, I can manage" I said and walked to the entrance where I was stopped by an officer..

" Your ticket is your gate pass" he said.

" Please you have to understand, my boyfriend is gonna leave me and I have to stop him" I begged.

" Sorry but rules are rules, no ticket, no entry" he said firmly and I scratched my head.

How was I supposed to stop Raymond if I couldn't even get into the airport? I had to think of something..... Fast.

I limped to Leonard's car.

" Leonard, I need your help, I'll pay" I told him.

" You don't have to. I'm willing to help" he said.

" No you don't get. I have to pay because it involves smashing your car" I told him.

" This car? Don't worry" he said and I explained what I needed from him before rushing back to the airport's entrance.

" Please, let me go in" I begged the guard.

" Don't make me call the police. I've told you that...." Before he could complete his statement, a smash sound was heard and he turned to see Leonard smashing his car with a baseball bat angrily.

" What the heck?" I heard him mutter before walking to Leonard. 

I gave Leonard a thumbs up before rushing into the airport. Immediately I walked in, I cursed myself. I didn't know where Raymond was leaving to so how was I supposed to stop him?

" Raymond!!!!" I yelled but the only thing I heard was the sounds coming from those who were leaving the country.

I continued to limp around the airport when I suddenly caught sight of him.

" Raymond" I called out and he turned to look at me.

" Ari" he called and was walking towards me when he suddenly stopped. It was almost like he remembered something. He turned away from me and started walking towards where he'd book his flight and I felt my heart shatter. He completely ignored me.

I wanted to walk to where he was but I was stopped and I couldn't use the same trick I'd used earlier, there was no car around.

I paced around that spot till I heard the air hostess call out.

 " All leaving for Italy please take your seats. The plane will take off in twenty minutes" and that was when it dawned on me, Raymond wasn't only leaving the country, he was leaving the continent and why? Because he wanted to stay away from me.

I ran out of the airport in tears and was about limping away when I saw some people gathered.

" What's going on here?" I asked.

" We're here to watch the plane going to Italy leave" a woman replied and tears streamed down my eyes. He was leaving, he was leaving me behind and he didn't say bye. He didn't even give me a goodbye kiss when I called out to me and it shattered my heart.

I stood by and waited for the plane to take off and eventually, it did. Tears rolled down my cheeks as I watched the plane leave, I didn't only watch the plane leave, I watched the love of my life leave me behind.

He didn't even wait to get my half birthday gift to him and that was it, it was the end of Ariana and Raymond. It was the end of Rayna as we were called. Thinking about me brought immense pain to my heart and before I knew it, I fell to the ground and closed my eyes.

When I opened my eyes, I saw the entire family staring at me worriedly.

 " What happened Ari?" Casey asked and I felt the tears stream down my eyes.

" He left Casey. Raymond left me and all because I'll be dead soon" I said in tears and I could see the look of pity everyone had on their faces. Who wouldn't have a pitiful look on their face for a girl who just got dumped by her boyfriend because she was in her final days and honestly, I couldn't blame him. Even though I wouldn't do the same if I were in his shoes, I still couldn't blame him and there was only one thing I said.

" Please leave, I need to be on my own" I said and they all left without saying a word to me showing that they understood what I was going through.

I got up and locked the door before falling to the ground in tears. The boy I'd loved the most left without saying a word and I cursed my birthday for it. If not for my stupid birthday, we wouldn't have started dating and I would have just dealt with the rejection but all because of that stupid date, we started dating and trust me, the feeling of being left behind is worse than the feeling of being rejected. 

I'd never ended any of my relationships on a good note and my first boyfriend, i didn't really like him, I just dated him before he was my first kiss. He'd broken up with me because I refused to help him pour paint on a girl and that was it, he poured the paint on me and ended our relationship publicly. I dated two other guys and our relationships ended within  spaces of three months.

Max, we broke up because I caught him in bed with not just one but two girls. I agree that not every guy is cool with having a girlfriend who's not interested in making out but with two girls, in my own house..... That was crossing the limit.

Raymond!! He'd ended our relationship at the worst possible time. He'd ended our relationship when I needed him the most, at my point of death.

Even though I wouldn't be alive much longer to carry a grudge against him, I'd never forget the fact the person I loved the most left me because of my health status.

I resolved to something, in these final days I had, I would make sure that I stay away from men and stay in my room till Mr D came to take me away.

I got up and walked into the shower to take a bath. I turned on the the water with my clothes on and showered.
