Jahve's plans

Many of the ships of the "pirate" force in Jahve's hands needed urgent repairs or resupply; they would surely lose two weeks to be fully operational. Thus, of the thirty Reaper-type ships distributed among the different navies, at that time it could only count on seven fully operational ships; the rest were either being repaired or would have to arrive little by little from their current distant coordinates to the designated meeting point.

But the bases would need not only supplies and arrangements to be operational, but they would also need personnel and defenses. The solution was proposed by Zeus, and given the interest of the neutral or non-rebellious Giant tribes in participating in the war effort, the best thing was to offer them the possibility of participating and earning their role in the navy in this way, in the special fleet of Jahve.
