EPHS-Chapter 466 No Slacking Off Allowed

Tenraku and Rias' group entered the school, leaving Motohama and Matsuda standing there, feeling a mix of complexity and disappointment.

They wanted to ask Tenraku for help in rescuing Issei, but Tenraku promptly refused. Regardless of the fact that Tenraku had no idea where Hyoudou Issei was imprisoned, even if he did, he wouldn't attempt a rescue. 

Rizevim and the Khaos Brigade were extremely dangerous enemies, and engaging with them required utmost caution. If any of his girls were captured, Tenraku would not hesitate to save them, even if it meant piercing through the heavens. 

However, for a mere Hyoudou Issei, he didn't hold enough value for Tenraku to expend effort or take risks.

Of course, Tenraku did promise Motohama and Matsuda that if there was an opportunity in the future, he might consider rescuing Hyoudou Issei. After all, whether it was for the Holy Grail or Lilith, he and Rizevim would eventually come to a resolution. 

But the condition was that Hyoudou Issei was lucky enough not to be dissected by Rizevim before then.

Though disappointed, Motohama and Matsuda understood that this was already the best outcome. Tenraku had no personal connection with Issei, and their friendship was minimal. What Tenraku did was already quite considerate.

Issei, we hope you can hold on until then. All we can do now is pray for you...

After entering the school, Tenraku and the girls greeted some familiar classmates. Their school life this semester consisted mostly of skipping classes for various reasons.

Yubelluna, Rossweisse, and Kalawarner needed to prepare for class in their respective offices. SitriSona and Shinra Tsubaki, on the other hand, had Student Council duties. After instructing Ravel and Koneko-chan to take care of Elmen, Tenraku and Rias' group, along with Valerie, headed to their own classroom.

Valerie's transfer caused a small sensation in the class. Valerie, with her Vampire Bloodline, was undoubtedly a beautiful girl. Especially when she nervously and shyly introduced herself at the podium, the hearts of many male students couldn't help but accelerate with admiration.

Although the school had many beautiful girls, someone as innocent as Valerie was exceptionally rare. However, what frustrated all the male students was that the innocent and adorable Valerie-chan was somehow related to the infamous Kamiya Tenraku, and the two seemed quite close!

Although repeatedly striking down these guys wouldn't give Tenraku much sense of accomplishment, seeing their frustrated yet envious expressions still amused him.

With daily life returning to normal, a day passed quickly.

After school, everyone went home or participated in club activities. After agreeing on the time to go home together, Rias' group left the classroom one by one. Soon, the entire classroom was left with only Tenraku, Raynare, Valerie, and Ophis, who was still sitting on Tenraku's lap, nibbling on snacks.

"Valerie, how was your day today?" Tenraku asked.

"I had a great time with everyone, but... but... I couldn't understand anything the teacher said. Tenraku-Sama, am I... am I stupid? With flushed cheeks, Valerie looked like she was on the verge of tears, full of self-doubt.

She couldn't understand anything the teacher said during class, and she sat still without daring to move. Whenever the teacher called names for questions, it made her extremely nervous, fearing she would be singled out.

"Well, well, don't worry. You may not be smart, but you're not stupid either. It's my negligence." Although he found it amusing, Tenraku comforted her.

Valerie had been locked away since childhood, completely out of touch with the outside world. Many ordinary things were unfamiliar to her. It seemed they would have to start from scratch and teach her everything.

In the school, Yubelluna wasn't wearing her usual magical robe but the Kuoh Academy teacher uniform. Due to her extremely curvaceous figure, the uniform looked quite tight on Yubelluna, especially around her chest and hips, as if it could burst at any moment.

Beautiful and knowledgeable, many male teachers at the school wanted to pursue Yubelluna. Many students secretly sent confession letters to Yubelluna, but the already spoken for Yubelluna was naturally beyond their reach.

"Yubelluna, from now on, you'll be responsible for teaching Valerie. Start with the most basic knowledge and cover everything she's missing..."

"Yes, Lord Tenraku," Tenraku instructed Yubelluna, who nodded in acknowledgment.

"Valerie, from now on, after school, you will come to Yubelluna's office to study diligently. No slacking off. I will check on you later." Tenraku pointed at Valerie's forehead and added.

"I won't slack off, Lord Tenraku." Blushing, Valerie quickly waved her hands, trying to assure him.

Watching the girl's flustered appearance, Tenraku chuckled inwardly. However, he didn't show it and issued a few more instructions before leaving Yubelluna's office with Ophis and Raynare in his arms.

"Yubelluna-san, we..."

"From now on, call me Sensei."

"Ah... Yes, Yubelluna Sensei!" Startled by Yubelluna's serious expression, Valerie quickly stood up straight.

Walking around the girl a couple of times, Yubelluna's lips curled slightly. Since Lord Tenraku entrusted Valerie to her, she would train this girl into a perfect Vampire.

"Master, why did you hand Valerie over to Yubelluna? If you gave her to me, I could definitely train her better than Yubelluna." Walking alongside Tenraku, Raynare voiced her thoughts.

This darkness-twisted Fallen Angel always seemed interested in Valerie, occasionally teasing and frightening her. Raynare seemed somewhat disgruntled that Tenraku chose Yubelluna to train Valerie instead of her.

"Hand her over to you, so Valerie can become as twisted in darkness as you are?" Tenraku replied without much patience.

"She's a Vampire; a bit of darkness isn't a problem. Besides, don't you enjoy that kind of thing, Master?"

"I enjoy it more than enough. Having one crazy woman like you is sufficient; I don't want Valerie to turn out like you."

"Saying such heartless things, Master is so cruel..."

"Enough, we're still outside. Tone it down a bit."

"I'm heading to the Kendo Club. You can take Ophis and go play anywhere you want."

"Understood, my dear Master."
