chapter two : friendship begins

When they got to school, The Morning Assembly hasn't Commenced so they went to the building where their classes will be assigned to them .

Sophia was very excited that most of her friends promoted to senior year one .

Serena who was a transfer student was taking note of her surrounding and asking Sophia about the school.

" Hey Sophia which department did you register for? "Serena asked

" I registered for science what about you? " Sophia asked

" I also registered for science " Serena answered

" wow! so we will also be classmates from now on " Sophia exclaimed

Few minutes later the assembly bell went off and the students went to the school hall for the assembly.

At the school hall the senior year Two students led the praise and worship session there after the school principal Mrs bright addressed the students .

" This school is a very reputable school and it envied by other schools because of its outstanding students. so please try to make this school proud, Be of good behaviour and face your studies. " Miss Bright adviced.

" And as for the new students after this short assembly you will be directed to your various departments by the school prefects and for the senior year three students please start reading your notes , textbooks and start practicing your Past Questions as your final examination is approaching " She Added.

After the short speech by the principal the prefects led the National Anthem session and then the marching song.

Meanwhile the new students were told to wait behind as they were to be addressed by the head boy and girl.

The head girl Daniella began her speech by welcoming the new students into the school then she proceeded by telling them about the school rules and regulations.

After her speech the head boy Joseph also addressed the students and directed them to their various departments and he also told them about the rules and regulations of the labs and classrooms.

After the long speech the new students marched to their various classes

When Sophia got to her new class she discovered that most of her friends from junior school went to commercial and arts class, Only Serena and some of her other classmates which she wasn't very familiar with were in science class.
