Amidst the chaos and internal strife, a figure from the past emerged—a former adversary believed to be vanquished. This mysterious entity, known as the Shadowmonger, reveled in the turmoil and sought to manipulate the Guardians to further their own dark agenda.

One by one, the Guardians were confronted by their deepest fears and regrets, their inner demons made manifest by the Shadowmonger's malevolent magic. They were forced to confront their darkest selves, to overcome their doubts and rediscover the strength of their unity.
