In between her cultivation level and her chi level, there was a new bar that said, 『 Spiritual Plane 』

'What is that?'

「 Spiritual Plane, a place within your core that you're able to enter. Since you've reached the cultivation level needed for the ability, you were able to get obtain it. The Spiritual Plane itself is a place where you're able to cultivate two times faster than the real world, time will be slowed down within the plane. To enter it, just imagine a place you wish to be in. 」

Ena was surprised at this, wasn't this even more of a cheat ability? She could enter the Spiritual Plane at any time and cultivate two times faster and the time in the plane is slower than the time in the real world.

'How long is the delay?'

「 3 hours. 」

Yep, this ability was definitely overpowered. If she enters the plane at six and cultivates in there for six hours, it would only be nine in the real world and 12 in the spiritual plane when she comes out.

If Ena made a proper schedule to cultivate, she would reach new heights quickly and surpass her current strength. If a certain cultivation level would give her new abilities, then she would have to cultivate a lot more than she used to.

"Is everyone alright?" Ellie's loud voice echoed throughout the area.

"It seems like an unexpected event occurred, even I couldn't move when the shadow-like figures came," said Edward.

"Ena, do you have any idea who they were?" asked Ellie.

Ena shook her head, "Nope, there wasn't anything written about them at all. I've looked through almost all of the books in the library and there wasn't anything regarding the shadows." said Ena.

"Then just what were they..." Ellie muttered.

"Let's not worry about them for now since we won't get anywhere if we do. Moreover, is everyone alright?" asked Ena.

"Yep, I just checked on them, they recovered their strength after a minute. It seems like the shadow's presence also sapped away their strength, the stronger ones like us still had a bit of strength," said Ellie.

Alice stood a bit far behind Ena but just close enough to hear the conversation between Ena and Ellie. She felt jealous even though she shouldn't be, these feelings shouldn't be there for her sister, her blood-related sister.

But she just couldn't get rid of them, no matter how hard she tried.

Ena who was checking in on everybody didn't notice Alice's weird atmosphere, even the royal members were trying to avoid her but couldn't since they needed to check up on her too since she's still the princess.

"Ena, your sister is acting a bit weird don't you think?" asked Ellie.

Ena looked confusedly at Ellie, "What're you talking about?"

Ellie nodded in Alice's direction, "Look, you might want to talk to her and ask what's wrong, everything that's happened might've taken a toll on her mentality."

"You're right, I'll go check on her right now, make sure to tell the others to inspect the perimeters since this place might collapse from all the magic that's been released here," said Ena.

"Aye aye captain! I'm already on it," said Ellie.

As Ena started walking closer towards Alice, she could sense or feel the weird atmosphere around her. It was something she couldn't describe. Maybe everything that's happened so far really took a toll on her mentality.

"Alice! Is something wrong?" asked Ena.

Ena didn't receive an answer from Alice, right when she was about to ask again, she was suddenly hugged out of nowhere.

"It must've taken a toll on you huh," said Ena as she stroked Alice's back.

Alice didn't know what Ena was talking about, she was just glad that Ena didn't know her thoughts. She was enjoying the soft stroking Ena was giving and the warmth coming from her.

Alice wished this could last forever, her little sister in her arms belonging to no one but hers, but of course, nothing could last forever.

Their moment was interrupted when Ivy came up to them,

"Ena, we need a little help over here, one of the royal member's mana doesn't seem to be regenerating properly," said Ivy.

"Yeah, I'll go check on them." Ena replied as she turned over to Alice, "Will you be alright?"

"Of course, I think you should help the others who're in need, I'll be fine by myself," said Alice.

Ena wanted to stay with Alice a bit more but seeing that Alice's weird atmosphere was gone made her feel reassured that she really was fine.

After checking on the royal member who had their mana flow blocked and fixing it with her chi, Ena decided to go into an isolated place to test out her spiritual plane.

From what Yue said, all she needed to do was imagine a place she wished to be in and she would enter just like that.

Taking a deep breath, Ena cleared her thoughts and imagined a place she wished to be in. A place with water as the ground with dim blue lighting and everything else was just dark.

That was when she felt the air turn cold, when Ena opened her eyes, she was in the exact place she imagined, however, it was different. The area was filled with purple chi that she could absorb and grow stronger.

This was basically cultivation heaven!

Ena wasted no time and instantly started cultivating, she crossed her legs and started focusing on drawing the purple energy towards her core.

The sensation of the chi entering her felt different from the real world, it was as if the chi was entering each part of her body, even the minor parts. It was enhancing every part of her body and didn't miss out on anything.
