Chapter 121

My mum cooked us a crab and oyster dish as dinner that time, it was already 7 : 20 pm, I did not have the luxury of eating the dish in a casual manner like I usually do. 

I quickly finished my dinner before leaving for my room, I told my mum that I would be going out to meet Diego that night, She nodded at me before I left for my room.

Inside my room, I changed from my work clothing to casual wear, I put on my oversized hoodie that time because it was getting chilly outside. I immediately took my phone and placed it inside the pocket of my hoodie before leaving for the park.

As I walked outside, I couldn't shake off the anxiety that was starting to overwhelm me. I couldn't stop thinking about what Diego wanted to talk to me about, and what conversation was so important that he had to specifically call me to the park.

In the middle of my thoughts, a strange idea emerged.
