Chapter 1 Foster Care Subsystem

As was true for the rest of the world, a flash of light appeared, and a human being disappeared. However, a different screen lit up the void of darkness this time. 

|Notice: Child under the age of 8 detected. Alpha System is transferring Empire Candidate to the Foster Care Subsystem.|

The white screen with red highlights disappeared and was replaced with a baby blue screen and gold highlights. Instead of an echoing male/female voice reading the text, it was a soothing female voice.

|Notice: Foster Care Subsystem has received the Empire Candidate. Beginning Foster Care now.|

|Notice: Article 5 paragraph 2 subsection E states that this must be read to the user even if the user is unable to understand the content: You and every other human on your planet have been transported to another world. You are tasked with creating a thriving Empire if you are in the top 100 ruling Empire rankings then you can choose to return to your planet or stay here. To help you through your journey you may choose five random treasure chests out of the infinite rewards. You will be given 100 people of a random race, and their barracks to summon more at a later date, that you will lead in your journey to build your Empire.|

|Notice: Foster Care Subsystem now taking effect. You will have a randomly generated foster care family who will raise you and take care of you till the age of 9. You and your foster family will be randomly placed anywhere in the world.|

|Notice: You will have access to the basics of the Alpha System panel: Your name, level, job, XP, HP, MP, and stats. You will not be able to use any attribute points you may accrue while you grow up. However, once you turn 9 years old, the Alpha System will take over and you will become an Empire Candidate once again.|
