Chapter 7: Castle Collapse

"We have finally arrived, old man, after that long journey through the rocky terrain. But where is the castle? I can't feel it either.

Jimmy, I think a very intense battle has taken place here. Brothers, where are you? Brad, Virus, Kals, where are you?"

"Come closer to me. I think my master will be very pleased if I tell him that I found those who killed that large zombie horde. I think he will either kill you or make you slaves. The important thing is that I won't die. Jimmy and the old man began to move towards him."

In that moment, Jimmy swiftly drew his sword, unnoticed by the controlled zombie's eyes, and beheaded more than thirteen zombies in one instant.

Simultaneously, the old man killed seven others. In the same context, the unidentified zombie quickly drew his sword and beheaded Brad, Kals, and Virus.

He rushed towards Jimmy at great speed, but the old man intercepted him, as Jimmy was in shock after witnessing Brad, Kals, and Virus being killed before him.

The confrontation between the old man and the zombie intensified. Their speeds were equal, but the old man showed extreme fatigue due to the long journey with Jimmy and the confrontation against the Cross Over brothers.

"You are strong, old man, but can you protect yourself and that boy there?"

The old man shouted loudly, "Jimmy, wake up! What are you doing there? Will all this exhausting training and the work we've done go in vain? Jimmy, this is life. No one knows what will happen, who will lose memories of what happened. Come here."

"Haha, Jimmy, is this the first time you've seen someone die? Give me your body, and I'll avenge you. I'll end all this long suffering in a few minutes."

"Come on, Jimmy, give me my freedom. Release the skies and the earth, and I'll end all of this."

Chromos stopped barking like a dog. "And you, you madman, what do you know about me to speak such words?"

"You there, come towards me now and fight me with all your strength. You've underestimated me, you mischievous one, old man. Your time is over." Jimmy ejected the old man from his field.

"It's just you and me. Only one will leave here alive." The aura emanated from Jimmy outside.

"Jimmy, I thought you were weak, but I think I miscalculated."

"This is the end, either me or you, as you said, you long-haired one. Enough talk, let's attack."

With that, a fierce battle unfolded between Jimmy and the zombie, with potential side effects evident on both sides. The battle showed signs of fatigue on the zombie, while Jimmy maintained his attacking strength.

The zombie tried various ways to scratch Jimmy, but to no avail.

"Alright, young one. I think you're still in the growth phase, but I'll finish you. I have no chance against you, so I'll use a forbidden technique. You'll die with me because if you survive, you'll pose a problem to the organization."

The zombie stepped back and began charging his full attack power into his sword. His body started to contract, and veins appeared on his body.

It was as if he were a ticking time bomb about to explode, but Jimmy paid him no attention. He closed his field, and at the same time, like lightning, he swiftly beheaded the zombie.

The zombie's head slowly soared into the sky, showing traces of happiness, as if saying, "Thank you, Jimmy, you've freed me from this world." Jimmy approached the zombie's head and asked, "Who are you, monsters?"

The zombie's body began to disappear, but Jimmy saw a symbol underneath it that read "Black Ops Zombie."

The zombie laughed, and his eyes started to close. Jimmy felt a headache because he recognized that symbol from when he faced the brothers in the rocky slope. They had the same symbol.

Sadness appeared on Jimmy's face for what happened to his friends. However, everything returned to normal. The old man disappeared again, and the place became quiet. The bodies of Brad, Calus, and Virus vanished. Jimmy screamed at the top of his lungs, but no one answered.

Jimmy's life returned to its previous state, like the first time he woke up in this world. However, this time, Jimmy had a goal – to find out what was happening in this world, particularly about the organization recruiting powerful zombies like them.
