Sweat was already overflowing the first elder and his gang's faces at this moment when they saw the people behind Li Zhiqiang.

'How did these b@rastards get caught, hadn't I told them to leave immediately after finishing their tasks?!'

This was the only thing screaming in the first elder's mind

Apart from him and his gang, everybody's attention in the room was now fully focused on Li Yu and Little Liu.

Li Zhiqiang said respectfully to the grand elder before turning to give Li Yu a clue with his eyes.

Immediately Little Liu, the guards that were dragging people with chains and those being dragged with chains heard how Li Zhiqiang addressed the sage-looking old man, they began to shake in fear and shock.

Cold sweat also began to ooze out of their back, and they felt a shiver run their spine when they saw the white man seated slightly below the patriarch's chair.

They all bowed their heads deeply to great the grand elder, in fear and respect.

The people being chained felt like they would be suffocated to death at this moment, apart from complete and deep fear, nothing else was felt by them again.

The grand elder's attention was not focused on this group of people at this moment, instead, it was fully focused on Li Yu who was looking at him interestingly without any hint of shock or respect.

'I must study this brat later,' the grand elder thought playfully before looking away.

He first gave the first elder and his gang a strange look before turning to look towards the men that just entered.

"Who are they?"

He asked slowly and sonorously.

The hearts of those the Grand elder looked at began to pound heavily in their chest due to complete and absolute fear.

They felt that their legs might give way anytime soon.

Although they could not see the grand elder's face because they were still bowing respectfully, they could still feel the oppression descend on them.

The heartbeat of the first elder and his gang also began to pound heavily when they realized that the time is right.

While thinking of various ways to escape and so, The first elder's mind suddenly skipped a bit, then complete happiness overwhelmed him.

'Aren't I being scared a little too much? I've totally forgotten that they've taken an oath not to divulge anything, or else their heart would be shattered completely."

The first elder who had felt that life would leave him since he saw the chained guys finally felt relieved, and the grand elder felt this.

The grand elder gave the first elder a strange look again as he could not understand why someone's emotion would fluctuate so much like this.
