A disorganised mob of few thousand men was gathered in an area. 12 men were standing in front of a man.

" Is your information accurate?" The man asked.

"Yes Boss. A hundred percent. The wastelands have been united under a single banner. To conquer the area, all we need to do is to beat the group into submission." One men form the 12 men surrounding the boss spoke.

"Good. Gather All our men. We shall display our power to the world." the boss replied with arrogance.

"Man, I am bored . I would rather prefer fighting a group of people than standing guard here."

A man said as he leaned over the temporary wall, a meter high, made around the border camp.

2 men were sitting on the ground and laughing at his words. Another man was surveying the borders. He smiled at those words but said nothing.

" Raul, stop scouting. No one is gonna attack this barren land." One of the man who sitting on the group said lightly.

The man that was doing the surveillance smiled lightly and said. "Yeah, I guess. I shall relax after this round of..... enemies ahead!! ... Release the signal!!"

Raul spotted unusual movement. What he saw made him shiver in fear. Others present stood up. One man ran to the tent behind and brought the signal flare. He then released the signal flare. A red light was unleashed in the sky like a arrow. Then it exploded in the sky forming a small red sun.

" So many men!! Everyone retreat!" As the man shouted 2 more flares were shot in the sky from 2 different locations.

Everyone's expression changed. One man shouted. "Run!! "

On top of the hill, Boaz was reading some scrolls. The sudden bright red light in the sky caught his attention. One after another, a total of 3 explosion took place. His face turned pale.

Boaz, Kage and Morgan were also present. Everyone was equipped.

"The Blood Knights along with The Judgement Tower, station yourself at an advantageous location on the hill. Scatter around the hill and prepare your bows. You will provide cover fire on my signal."

"The guardian squad along with Morgan shall prepare a defensive formation at the base of the hill. You shall be our last line of defense. Shield your position with your life. Do not let the honor of a guardian get sullied."

"Kage and the Reapers will dive in the shadows and wait for the right time to attack. Make sure every swing of your blade reap a life."

Boaz distributed everyone their tasks. As he was gonna make a speech to boost their morale, the Men that were guarding the borders returned.

" What's, the situation? " Morgan asked.

A man marched out from the group and reported." Sir! There are thousands of men marching this way, fully equipped. They must be around 5000. We can't fight them. We should..."

"Silence!!" The voice of Boaz resounded throughout the area.

Boaz notified them about their formation and asked them to take position. The only way to the mountain was blocked by the formation. And rest of the people were taking cover on the hill at different altitudes, as they waited for the enemies, some eager, some nervous.

Minutes later everyone saw an army of 6000 men marched towards them. They all tigtened the grip on their weapons.

With his keen sense Boaz noticed that the army has one SSS Rank expert, 12 SS rank expert, 100 S rank experts and the rest were in A and B ranks.

The army stopped few hundred meter form them. Boaz frowned.
