Chapter 1 : Say blue cheese!!!

" Mommy, when will see aunty Rayray again "? Iris hummed slightly, looking around the airport " She should be here any minute ". Felicity who was sitting on the luggage rolled her eyes, " One minute could be a year in Aunty Rachel's book ".

Iris and Jeremy laughed when they heard familiar foot steps, the woman approaching them had bright pink hair in a half fringe Bob style and had golden brown eyes that couldn't be hidden behind her rectangular framed glasses.

Iris looked at Felicity and smiled, " Or it could just be a minute ". Rachel ran up to Iris and gave her a big hug, squeezing her and lifting her off the floor " You're finally here. Do you know how much I missed you "?

Iris smiled slightly as she nodded, " That's why you're sending me to the after life ". Rachel laughed, letting go of Iris " I just got you back, you can't think of leaving me like that ". Iris smiled as Rachel touched her hair, " Wow, you finally got a haircut. So you were listening when I mentioned it ".

Iris rolled her eyes playfully as she removed Rachael's hand from her head, " No need to rub it in ". Iris' blonde hair was now in a pixie cut with almost all her hair shaved off at the sides.

Rachel nodded seriously as she took one of the suit cases behind Iris, " No rubbing in, just celebrating how feminine you look ". Iris frowned slightly, picking the second suitcase " What do you mean? I always look feminine ".

She took Jeremy's hand, " Right Remi "? Jeremy only nodded and looked away as Iris put him on the suitcase. Iris smiled smugly, " See, Remi knows ". Felicity who was sitting on the suitcase Rachel was holding shook her head, " It's because you have big boobies mom, or you'd look completely like a dumped middle age man ".

Iris held her chest, the insult hitting hard " How can you say that to your mother "? Felicity only smiled knowingly, " You asked for my opinion and you say we shouldn't lie ". Iris instantly shut her mouth, cursing her good parenting skills " You're too smart for a six year old ".

Felicity whipped her long blonde pigtails backwards and smiled, " Thank you for the compliment ". Rachel laughed, putting a shoulder over her neck as they walked out of the airport, " Enough you two. Why not just enjoy being in Itabel instead "?

Jeremy and Felicity's mouths formed into 0 as they saw the sleek black convertible Rachel walked up to and did a little wiggle, " I guess that means you like the car ". Iris sighed as the three of them put the luggage in the car, " Is this thing safe for kids "?

Rachel shrugged as she pulled Iris closer, " Don't be a wet blanket. It's hot and cloudy, perfect for the end of summer. Plus it looks very cool ". Felicity and Jeremy nodded in agreement as they looked up pleadingly at Iris.

It wasn't long before Iris gave in and they scrambled into the car, " But we should be able to put the hood up halfway ". Jeremy and Felicity started complaining and Iris wagged her finger, " Be good ".

They continued complaining and Iris pointed at a plane that had just left the airport, " Or would you prefer a flight back to Hugo "? They shut their mouths and quietly sat in the car.

Rachel shook her head as she opened the door to the driver's seat, " You just had to ruin it for everyone ". Iris chuckled as she opened the passenger door, " I didn't ". Rachel rolled her eyes as she put in the car key, " Once a wet blanket, always a wet blanket ".

Iris laughed as she entered turned on her phone, " But I'm a designer and very expensive wet blanket ". Iris pouted as she put her phone up for a picture, " Everyone squeeze in, say blue cheese ".

Jeremy and Felicity squeezed themselves into the picture, even including Rachel who was holding the steering wheel " Blue Cheese "!!!
