Deal with James

Dimitri was on his way to a meeting with someone who had introduced a land to him when Angel suddenly appeared in front of him, smiling foolishly at Dimitri with a lovestruck expression.

Seeing Angel, Dimitri frowned, he was clearly annoyed by her presence. He chose to ignore her, but the lady kept tagging along beside him.

"Husband, I witnessed something a few days ago. I couldn't find you, that's why I didn't tell you," Angel said, but Dimitri ignored her. "Husband, it's about your sister," she said, knowing that this would get Dimitri's attention, but she was proven wrong.

Dimitri didn't even glance at her, and Angel frowned in doubt. "Husband, don't you care about your elder sister? I thought you loved her the most?" she asked in confusion, she clearly witness how the siblings were very submissive to Emmy that day so how can Dimitri suddenly lack reaction when there's some News about her or are they quarreling?.

Seemingly to realize something, Dimitri stopped and gave Angel a chilling gaze, there was a hint of murderous intent that surround him. "What did you find out?" his voice was colder than usual. His blood red coloured eyes were threatening to suck blood.

Scared, Angel looked into Dimitri's eyes and felt suffocated. "I...I... just saw someone suspicious following her," she stammered.

Dimitri's eyes darkened as he moved closer to Angel, grabbed her neck, and stared straight into her eyes.

Angel could feel her memories being searched, but she didn't resist, thinking she was just overthinking or perhaps she was too scared that she was imagining things.

Staring directly into Angel's eyes, Dimitri saw everything that Angel saw about Emmy, displayed inside his head as if he was watching a film. After memorizing everything about Emmy in Angel's memory, Dimitri released her, and in the next seconds, he was nowhere to be found.

"How did he disappear all of a sudden?" Angel wondered. "Husband! Husband!" she started shouting as she searched for Dimitri.

Dave had just finished negotiating with the person who sold him an almost broken-down company and was now enjoying himself in a bar, surrounded by a group of ladies, when he received a call from Dimitri. "Hello, bro! I just had a successful meeting and was celebrating. Are you calling to find out my whereabouts? Don't worry, I was just killing time with some girls," he said, pulling a lady into his embrace.

On the other side, Dimitri rolled his eyes. "I just received information, someone suspicious is targeting Mother," he emphasized the word 'target.'

Dave's smile slowly turned colder, and the air around him turned chilling immediately even the ladies that surround could feel the cold aura that was leaving Dave body. He pulled the lady he was hugging aside and stood up. "Where are you?" His voice turned chilling and his covered face hid his current expression.

"Almost near the guy's house, at chilling Mall, catch up in time," Dimitri replied and hung up.

Dave just dropped some money on the table and left, leaving Sona a text message.

Sona was in the midst of shooting when she started having a strange feelings, she knew that this feelings was because of her siblings, she was feeling uneasiness,a feelings that wants her to fight . She was so lost in her feelings and she lose focus, she frowned dangerously, wondering who among the siblings got hurt or something. "What happened to them?" she wondered.

"What happened, Santiana?" Director Blue asked after shouting cut. He noticed Sona's distraction and asked in concern.

Sonia shook her head in a sour mood. "I need a break," she replied and left.

She sat somewhere and pulled out her phone, only to find a pinned message from Dave. After reading it, she stood up instantly and quickly sent a message to Snow and others before disappearing from the industry without providing any explanation.

Just like the three, Desmond, Snow, and Sonia received the message, and they all met at the chilling mall.

"Why on earth is this person following Mother?" Snow asked coldly.

"No matter what, if I don't teach him a lesson today, I won't be called the Fox Queen," Sonia commented angrily.

The six children went to James house, transformed into their beast forms and barged into James' house.

A few minutes later, an agonizing scream could be heard, and if anyone were to check in, they would have found the whole house in a mess.

At the hospital, James, bandaged head to toe, stared at Devin pitifully, almost shedding tears.

Seeing his friend in such a sorry state, Devin sighed. "I've asked you how you ended up like this, but you refuse to tell. The cameras in your house also gave no results. Do you want me to believe now that you were haunted by a ghost?" Devin raised his brows in question.

"I swear I couldn't comprehend what happened. It was as if I was attacked and scratched by ghosts. I couldn't figure out what exactly happened," James said, almost in tears.

"This is the tenth time you're repeating the same words. Your injuries are not light at all, remember" Devin commented.

James didn't speak further; even he himself was not convinced with his statement. He sighed and shifted the topic, "Devin, that Emmy girl." Speaking of Emmy, James suddenly felt that his injury was somehow related to her. Soon, he dismissed the thought, thinking it was ridiculous to have such thoughts about that 'holy lady.'

Hearing Emmy's name, Devin rubbed his forehead. "What is it about her again?" he asked.

James looked at Devin and sighed. He repeated this action until Devin scolded him.

"Will you stop your act and say something?" Devin was clearly annoyed.

"If I tell you that Emmy doesn't have a boyfriend, will you believe me?" James finally spoke.

Devin was clearly shocked and grabbed James' bandaged arm unconsciously. "Are you sure?" he asked.

"You are killing me, Devin, release my arm," James cried.

"Oh," Devin commented and quickly released James' arm. "Are you serious?" he asked.
