Xu Wenqi couldn't hear a word of what he said. The shocking identity of the Huo Lizheng had numbed her brain, making her unable to think clearly.

'If he's the male lead…' Xu Wenqi trailed off as her eyes widened. 'Don't tell me the person behind him is the female lead!'

Xu Wenqi felt that she had guessed right. After all, there was no other woman close to Huo Lizheng besides the female lead, Bai Ruqiu, who worked as his secretary. She quickly tried to recall which point of the plot was taking place.

'They're both at the mall when it's working hours…' she surmised. 'Is it the cliche plot where a small cannon fodder bullied the female lead by spilling coffee on her or another means of ruining her clothes and the domineering male lead is then obligated to drop everything to go to the nearest luxury store and buy everything she tries on?'

Xu Wenqi had read numerous romance novels with that cliche and was ninety-nine percent sure that this very unoriginal scene was unfolding before her eyes.

'Otherwise, why else would the two be out here shopping when they should be working? Tsk, the illogical rules of romance novels,' she thought bitterly.

At this moment, she had several routes she could choose from in response to Huo Lizheng.

She could go with the original owner's default setting and pretend to be pitiful only towards men to help further the plot OR

She could go with a cool, chic style and let the male lead know she was over him and walk out of the store with grace OR

She could turn this sadomasochistic romance novel into a comedy by making a big joke out of the male lead OR

She could run away scared without looking back.

Xu Wenqi couldn't decide with so many choices and felt she was leaning towards anything but option A. She felt that portraying the original owner's repulsive character was degrading to herself so she went with a combination of the last three choices. Seeing Xu Wenqi hadn't moved for a long time, Huo Lizheng was irritated and was about to call the security guards in the store to kick her out before Xu Wenqi spoke up.

"So what if I drugged you?" she asked indifferently.

"Wha-"

Xu Wenqi sighed dramatically and said, "Who knew even with the drug, it could barely stand up and was so small too? Not to mention, your stamina was so poor ah."

Huo Lizheng stood in shock. What on Earth was this woman talking about?

"You-"

She interjected with "Oh tsk tsk, what a pity. I really had so many expectations of you but in the end, it turned out you have no skills."

Huo Lizheng turned green as he began to lose his composure. His entire body was shaking with pure rage and his fists were clenched tightly.

Seeing Huo Lizheng's reaction to Xu Wenqi's words, the store's manager widened his eyes and was scared to death. He wiped his cold sweat and wanted desperately to leave the area where World War III was taking place. The thick smell of gunpowder in the room was choking him. However, he didn't want to accidentally make a sudden exit and attract the attention of the two ancestors.

"Aiya, don't worry. I won't tell anyone about your terrible skills," said Xu Wenqi as she purposefully raised her voice to a loud volume. "This is why I said that I should have been top. You know, I've slept with more women who have better skills than you*."

She winked suggestively at the female lead saying the last sentence.

"Beauty, if you're not satisfied with him, come to me. I will definitely make you satisfied and wanting more."

Huo Lizheng didn't think he could be any angrier but unfortunately, he was horribly, horribly wrong. He wanted to vomit blood from listening to Xu Wenqi's provocative words and witnessing her flirtation with the woman he liked. Meanwhile, Bai Ruqiu was shocked to hear Xu Wenqi's greasy words. While plenty of men had made attempts on her, no women had ever flirted with her like this.

'An-And so brazen at that…' thought Bai Ruqiu shyly as her cheeks began to heat up.

Making a beauty blush unexpectedly made Xu Wenqi quite satisfied.

Bai Ruqiu stepped out slightly behind Huo Lizheng's back and said stutteringly while glancing bashfully at his sharp profile, "That-no, I-I, even if he's bad, I want to stay with him."

'Heh, what a typical mary sue response,' thought Xu Wenqi. 'Unfortunately for her, she's no match for my ability to kill people with anger.'

"Ohhh, so you admit he's bad?" asked Xu Wenqi while nodding as though she knew everything.

"N-no, what? I just-"

"What? Did I say something wrong? You just said 'even if he's bad' meaning that you didn't deny that there's a possibility he is bad."

"Xu. Wen. Qi." said Huo Lizheng through his gritted teeth. Never at any moment had he wanted to rip someone's mouth off as he had at this moment.

"Yeah, what?" she answered unconcernedly as she looked at her fingernails and examined them at a close angle.

"After all the years we've known each other, I didn't think you were such a lying snake," he said sneeringly.

"Alright so? After all the years we've known each other, I didn't think you were so bad at it. Looks like we discovered something new about each other then," she choked back.

Huo Lizheng's eyes flashed dangerously and mocked, "Heh I wonder if Shen Yue knows how poisonous you truly are. In all respects, you two are a match made in heaven...a lying b*tch and a lowly street dog whose only inherited talent is wh*ring around 24/7."

Hearing Shen Yue's name, Xu Wenqi froze for a fraction of a second before she recollected herself to reply.

"Hmmph, we do know each other well now that we're together. In fact, you're right, he's very talented. I'm very clearly aware that he has amazing stamina and he has very good skills. Plus, I even know that his thing is so big unlike someone over here," she said looking pointedly at Huo Lizheng.

Hearing the entire conversation and the name "Shen Yue" rang alarm bells in the store manager's mind.

'This entire mall is owned by President Shen himself! Not to mention, is this woman is his lover?' speculated the manager.
