133 Skill Requirements

Despite the tension in New Washington, Xiao Lin's life did not change much. In the day, he would work with Professor Brown, and at night, he would train in the inn. Other than that, Xiao Lin would look at the four skill books whenever he was free. The basic skills were not too hard to grasp, but there were a lot of prerequisites to those skills. It would take quite some time to truly master them. 

For example, the Earth-shattering chop required a level four mastery in Basic Axe-like Weapons and a MAX in Slashing. Those are the requirements that Xiao Lin referred to which needed to be fulfilled to learn that skill.
