Tears of happiness

Penny: "The father of the baby."

Aria's eyes flew open as her sleepiness disappeared, "Why not?"

Penny: "He doesn't want anything to do with the baby. And I can take care of the baby alone, I don't want to implicate him."

Aria: "What? Why?"

Penny: "Please, Miss Aria. I really love him and can't drag him down with me."

Aria: "Then what should I say? Who is the father?"

Penny: "You are smart Miss Aria, make up something. Say that he is dead."

Aria was worried, "I can't say that, Penny. That would be lying to my parents."

Penny said, tears welling up in her eyes, "Please, Miss Aria. I don't care if my reputation goes to hell. I'll work off my debt and then go to live somewhere with my child. But Sebastian should not be implicated."

Aria turned around and hugged Penny, "Oh Penny you have a heart of gold. Sebastian should consider himself lucky to have you."

After breakfast, Aria talked to her mother about this. She did not like hiding things from her mother, so she told her everything. She even told her all that Penny had said and asked her to make up some story in front of father.

After listening to her, Natalia said, "Aria, you really are an angel. Of course we will help Penny. She need not even work off her debt. It will be a gift from my side to her baby. Now let's go talk to your dad."

Aria: "Mom, what about that Sebastian."

Natalia: "I would love to banish him from the capital, but since Penny does not want it, he will continue working in the castle for now."

Aria hugged her mom, "Mom you're the best."

Natalia flipped her golden blond hair, "Stating the obvious, my dear. But I'll take it."

Aria laughed as the mother-daughter duo went to talk to Joseph hand in hand.

Natalia talked to Joseph about everything and also told him what she had thought.

Joseph nodded and called a butler, "Leo, call Penny for me, please."

Leo bowed out if the room and came after five minutes, Penny behind him.

Joseph: "Penny, we have decided to help you with the child. You will be provided with all the facilities you need and can even apply for a leave if you want to go to your home for the pregnancy."

Penny bowed her head, "Master, it's enough that you are willing to let me stay. I will work to pay off all the debt."

Joseph waved his hand, "You don't need to do that. Consider it a gift for the baby from my wife's side."

Penny bowed to Natalia. Natalia smiled and said, "Now about your leave....."

Penny: "No no madam. I don't need a leave. My work anyway is not so difficult, most of the time I'm with Miss Aria and she doesn't make any trouble."

Joseph: "Okay so you will take care of Aria and Natalia, as she is also pregnant. These will be your jobs, you needn't do anything else."

Penny bowed again as tears welled up in her eyes. "Thank you master. Thank you madam." she muttered.

Aria went to Penny and said, "What's wrong, Penny? Why are you crying?"

Penny knelt down and shook her head, "These are tears of happiness Miss Aria. I am happy that I have such good employers."
