A man with jet black hair and deep blue eyes stared as the most powerful wind bendor of the night warriors was taken away, whimpering at the wound he had received from a woman he had been treating like a child.
He smiled and whispered to himself, "I like her. She's just like her mother."
Aria spent the next hour scouting the whole house using her wind bending. She was much too angry right now to bother with who might find her out.
She noticed a couple of men leaving a room at the top floor, looking very smug.
Warning bells began to ring in her mind as she bended the wind inside the room and was equally relieved and angry. Aria was relieved because Helen lay inside the room. She was on a tattered bed and lay on her side, facing the wall.
But her anger flared up when she noticed the numerous marks of being slapped and beaten on Helen's body. Aria was so focused on checking how many wounds Helen had that she didn't notice the door of her own room opening and someone coming in.
She only noticed someone was in here when a female voice spoke, "Who the f*ck do you think you are? How dare you hurt Vincent?"
Aria registered three pieces of information from this. Firstly, this was the same woman as the one who had brought her here with those men. Secondly, the man she had just head-butted was named Vincent. And thirdly, judging by the anger in this woman's voice, there definitely was something between them.
Aria noticed all this, but did not bother to reply as she again focused on Helen. But she was quickly forced to re-focus on the angry women when she suddenly pulled Aria's hair and forced her face upwards.
"Just who do you think you are? Sitting like you own the place?" the woman spat the words.
Aria was in no mood to reply, but decided to. "You lot seem to think that I am the queen's daughter. So why not? And I have no interest in sitting here. It's your friends who've tied me here. And I'm very angry at this point so I suggest you to let go of my hair, if you don't want to get very hurt." Aria said, as though she was talking to a toddler.
This seemed to anger the woman even further as she pulled Aria's hair harder and spoke, "Why you. . . . . . !!!!!" But she never got to finish her sentence as the ground literally shifted under her feet.
It was unlucky that the night warriors had decided to place Aria on the ground floor, or maybe it was lucky, or the whole house would have probably collapsed.
Hearing all the commotion, many people entered the room and were shocked out of their senses upon being faced with a landslide.
Edmond himself came into the room after a few minutes and almost laughed out loud when the door came into his hands. A chuckle actually escaped him when he saw the inside of the room. Aria sitting tied up and blindfolded on a chair on the only piece of floor left, and an aftermath around her.
All of the night warriors who had rushed into the room were lying on the uneven ground around Aria, where she had bended earth and caused a few earthquakes and landslides.
