Time passed quickly as Jiwoo continued to train hard day after day. He immersed himself completely in his training, focusing on improving his power as much as he could.
Before he knew it, the three weeks had flown by and finally the day came when he would return to Korea.
....
[On the Bifrost]
Jiwoo held Silvia in his hands while Kayden, Ares and Kartein stood beside him, watching Samantha, Emily, James, Teresa and Lisa.
"It would be wonderful if you came more often," Emily expressed kindly.
Jiwoo was excited to respond. "Sure! Next time I come, I'll bring my friends."
These words caused everyone to frown and fall silent. Jiwoo sensed the tension and whispered, aware of the situation. "Maybe it's not the most appropriate thing to do."
Lisa stepped in to calm the concerns. "If they're trustworthy, it wouldn't be a problem."
However, Ares added earnestly. "You must understand the consequences if this leaks and the consequences it would have on your friends."
As Kayden and Kartein waited expectantly for Jiwoo's response, Jiwoo finally lowered his head and stated confidently. "They are my friends and I trust them completely."
Samantha, Emily, James and Teresa sighed in relief and wore comforting smiles.
"You guys could accompany me to Korea, I'd love to show you the academy where various awakened people from the country gather," Jiwoo proposed enthusiastically.
"Are they powerful?" asked James, showing interest.
Jiwoo nodded excitedly and replied. "Yes, there are four who are just as strong or even stronger than me."
The young men were surprised at the revelation, but Samantha interjected gently. "You don't need to be modest about them, surely you are stronger than all of them."
The young men's faces turned from shock to understanding, and they agreed with Samantha's words.
Jiwoo turned his gaze to Lisa and added. "Anytime you want, you can bring them to visit me, I will welcome them with open arms in my home."
"It will be my pleasure to visit you," Lisa replied.
"If you go, I'll try to take you to the awakened academy," Jiwoo added cheerfully.
James smiled and commented. "It will be exciting to crush them in a showdown with those youngsters."
Emily and Teresa looked at James, shaking their heads.
"It will be my pleasure," Samantha stated, approaching Jiwoo to shake his hand.
Finally, Teresa, Lisa, Emily and James said goodbye to Jiwoo, Ares, Kayden and Kartein.
"How much longer are we going to wait?" inquired Kartein with irritation as he saw that Jiwoo was still chatting.
"You'll get used to it," Kayden replied, as Ares nodded in agreement.
Jiwoo excused himself and the four of them climbed up the marble structure.
"See you," Jiwoo bid an affectionate farewell.
A beam of light descended from the sky, and they disappeared.
"What do you think of what Jiwoo said about those four young men?" asked Teresa.
"They might be talented, but I doubt they are as strong as Jiwoo," opined Emily.
Samantha nodded and added. "During these three weeks, we have gotten to know Jiwoo, who is kind and humble, he probably doesn't want to belittle those he considers his friends."
"Then we only have one choice," James said with an excited smile.
Samantha, Teresa and Emily looked at James, who continued. "We should go meet them and take them on in a fight."
The young people smiled and enthusiastically accepted the proposal.
Lisa interrupted them, "I don't know if they will be as strong as Jiwoo, but they are talented, and it would be valuable experience for you to face them and learn from them."
James was excited and confirmed. "Then it's decided. Let's surprise Jiwoo and go to his academy."
....
[At Jiwoo's house]
Jiwoo settled comfortably on the couch, hugging his cats happily. "At last I'm with you again, I hope Mr. Inhyuk has taken good care of you and given you lots of food."
Kartein looked around and commented. "This house is exactly as I imagined it from Jiwoo, it couldn't belong to Ares, let alone Kayden."
Kayden frowned at the comment and transformed into a cat, curling up on the couch as well. Ares did the same, and Silvia followed them.
"Give me some space," Kartein requested, also transforming into a cat.
Kayden pointed to the floor with his finger and laughed. "There, you have plenty of room."
A vein appeared on Kartein's forehead, and he jumped on Kayden, starting a cat battle.
"Die...," Kartein said furiously, as he launched an attack towards Kayden.
"That is your wish," Kayden angrily retorted, nimbly dodging and responding with precise counterattacks. The two engaged in an exchange of blows on the ground.
Ares and Silvia enjoyed the spectacle of the cat battle while munching on popcorn.
Jiwoo quickly intervened, grabbing Kayden and nervously saying to both of them. "Please stop!"
"Let go, I was squashing him!" protested Kayden, trying to free himself from Jiwoo's grip.
Kartein, his fur in disarray, looked at Kayden and warned. "This won't stay like this."
Kayden smiled defiantly and replied. "Anytime you want, I'll crush you again."
Jiwoo sighed in relief as the fight stopped momentarily.
Ares' voice interrupted the atmosphere, saying. "What are you going to do, Jiwoo, are you going to go to the academy or stay here training?"
Jiwoo released Kayden on another couch, as they stared intently at each other with Kartein.
Jiwoo confidently, replied. "I'll go to the academy."
Ares, asked again. "Are you sure?"
Jiwoo held his resolve firm and answered. "Yes, I'm sure."
"Understood. When do we leave then?" inquired Ares.
"Right away," Kayden interjected.
"I'm a busy man, so the sooner, the better," Kartein expressed.
Jiwoo apologized with embarrassment. "I'm sorry."
The three looked at him and noted his nervousness.
Jiwoo spoke weakly. "Before I leave, I want to visit Jiyoung. I promised him that he'd be the first person I'd see when I got back."
Ares, with a mischievous grin on his little cat body, joked. "Look at my little brother, he looks like he's trying to win her over."
Jiwoo blushed and hastened to clarify. "It's not that..."
"He turned red," Kartein said, causing Jiwoo to blush even more and feel embarrassed.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA," Ares laughed, as Kartein and Kayden sighed at Ares' prank.
"I'm going to go," Jiwoo said hurriedly and disappeared, reddened.
"Are we going to the academy?" asked Ares.
"What for? Let's wait for Jiwoo," Kayden replied, and Kartein agreed.
"The world academy should be at the Korean academy right now," Ares mentioned.
Kayden smiled and commented. "So they got them in the end."
"It was to be expected, they are experts in finding these institutions," Kartein added.
Ares suggested. "We could have fun watching the confrontations while Jiwoo conquers Jiyoung Yoo."
"I agree," agreed Kayden and added. "If Jiwoo wants us to give him some alone time with that girl, let's respect his decision."
"Jiyoung Yoo?" muttered Kartein, showing doubt. "You mean that young woman who is ranked number one in Korea and is the current head of Shinhwa?"
"That's right," Ares confirmed.
